Can't view on phone like I should just says connecting. With and without WiFi. Already posted once about not being able to connect without WiFi and it seemed to start working. Now it won't work at all.

Inconsistent. Sometimes logs on, sometimes fails to connect. Doesn't matter if using wifi or 4g or what phone. Frustrating software. Please fix.

Doesn't show live video. I can't view my camera's! NEVER CONNECTS! What's the point in this app again? I wish it was a negative rating! Worse choice thus far.

This application is the original one coming with camera, as its name was in Chinese, I didn't know it. So I tried many apk in the store, none of them worked. But when I translated the Chinese to En. I found its name and so downloaded it here. After adding my camera, it was detected immediately and worked fine without any issues.

I've been using this App for over 8 months and have been patient and asking for certain bugs and glitches to be rectified directly to the App Developers, with NO REPLY.!!! I'm hoping that maybe someone can answer my question using this platform. Besides not being able to see all eight cameras anymore since having the useless New Update; I'm also unable to use the Wifi Intelligent Connection (or it just doesn't work). After putting in the details required there is a countdown of 19s and then NOTHING.

The camera has been giving me issues since day one. It works when it wants to and I don't get alerted if any movement etc is around my house. It also EATS ALL of my data plan with my phone service even on wi-fi. If they can fix my issues and they stay fixed I will update my review but until then I'm unhappy with this app.
