Since last update I have had no access to my charts. The app says 'open charts' but the screen remains empty. :( ____________________________ I am happy with my leap, but really miss the old, more intuitive overview with personal setup as my phone cannot show all blocks and I mostly only use the last one. Would like to get more than 2-3 days of battery life unless bluetooth is diaconnected.

So iv purchased the Liquid Leap Active, but since found that its only compatible with a few phones... I have a Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, it has paired, and works, but drops its connection several times in the day... are you planning any updates that will allow full compatibility with this device as if not I'll sell the Acer and purchase the Xiaomi band instead...

S70%
by S####:

I hope that the Leap Active will soon get an update to support music like double twist.... I had sync issues at first but eventually it went well... Hopefully new added support will be given as an update to be downloaded soon //:) the fifth star will be for the soon to be added support for music players... (doubletwist please )

Pretty stink, must have a tiny memory as you have to sync each day. If you miss a sync, the data is gone. Wish I'd known before buying. Very inaccurate monitoring. I did 200 minutes of tennis and leap only recorded 36 minutes of exercise. The wife's Garmin correctly detects my exercise.

Tried connecting, called acer for 2 days and still wouldn't connect. Today i signed into my google account and facebook and fired right up after being stuck on loading screen. Lets see how it works, wife loves it.

Although... It struggles to work with my Sony Xperia M2 Aqua, like my WhatsApp messages and doesn't want to skip songs but other than that I love it

I like but when the time changed 2 weeks ago, I have been unable to get it to come on. Also, customer service is pretty much non existent!

Not all charts show up. The snap on the band broke, the pegs broke off.

I've tried like, hundred times just to pairing my xiaomi redmi note 2 with leap active. But it's not even worked. not to mention the battery life. I don't know and honestly I'm not sure if any of you guys from Acer read this but, if your real motivation is how to make more people buy your phone, then why did you said on leap active that it "works on Android"?? while there are so many peoples who doesn't use acer's phone can't use it!? seriously guys, you made a lot of people angry.

I was supposedly to buy an apple watch but then I saw this so I bought both of them. But for me so far acers watch is much more convinient and long lasting. It has less flaws and more affordable than the apple.

3 day brand new and I have to reinstall app and sync everyday is Frustrating but it's my 1st smart watch so I want it to work properly pls make that happen

I'm enjoying with my new Liquid Leap Active but while I read the reviews, the details were bad and it needs an update. Please update!!! By the way I'm not yet encountering any problems so far.

X70%
by X####:

Connects perfectly fine but the it gets stuck on Software update screen and does not budge. Have been stuck on it all day. Will update rating once fixed

X70%
by X####:

It is great love it as it does everything I need and more. Only thing is i wish the battery lasted longer then 2 days but it is doable for now.

K70%
by K####:

The device only count ur steps if u swing your arm. And if you get disconnected from the app it is super hard reconnecting. It tells u to double tap the device but that doesn't work.

I can never get it to sync my sleep and the calorie counter is VERY inaccurate. Steps are wrong too. I did 30 minute jillian michaels workout and it said I burned 15 calories. Not a very good product or app...

R70%
by R####:

Def needs ALOT of work. Battery life too short. Have to sync everyday because it won't stay synced. Doesn't track steps when pushing shopping cart or stroller. Has signed me out of app twice and i can't get back in using my original email and password. Says email is not registered when i try to retrieve my password which is wrong so i had no choice but to create a new email address...really??

I purchased a refurbished leap and it works great. I have the Samsung Galaxy S5, no problem so far. It's thinner than the new balance band I have. One thing happened is that when I charged it, it vibrated while charging. Reset and it stopped. Had to do some digging but I order a package of three bands on line.

R70%
by R####:

Thank you for a nice product. All I needed were these simple features. The UI is simple and easy to navigate on my Note 5. I do have suggestions for the wrist companion, but that is outside this thread. People complaining about the physical device on here NEED to realize, this for the app only.

Q70%
by Q####:

Still not sensitive enough on tracking steps. I read about the false step excuse in how it is calibrated, and that doesn't cut it. I walked 3 miles several times to test and it only tracks 1.7 to 2. That is specific and measurable on my end, and yes I painstakingly measured my stride. Also, Acer is only brand that does not sync up with Weight Watchers. Get it together and give your customers what they want. I am sure this can be fixed/added in an update.

R70%
by R####:

I haven't had any of the problems mentioned by others. I really don't believe people read what the Acer Leap could do prior to purchasing it. If you wanted something that could track that many things or sync with ALL phones, buy something that does.

L70%
by L####:

Worked fine for about 5 months now my phone only reads sleep and battery power. Won't communicate steps, miles, etc. Contacted them but only get info found online. Nothing that would help.

R70%
by R####:

The steps are extremely inaccurate at least 2000 steps behind. While setting up device when seating down device was counting steps that were not happening. You get less then your money's worth

R70%
by R####:

Battery life is very short. I'm having problems charging and the band's snaps broke off after 2 months. Had to order more bands. I liked it because it was convenient to wear for work but having a hard to charging the battery.

R70%
by R####:

Had for months. Tried to check data today and states to log in. I tried and tells me no valid account for email address. Friends can see my steps but I don't. Piece of junk.

R70%
by R####:

Does not accurately track steps. I have counted both manually and with another app. This product is always off by at least two thousand steps (2,000). I made sure to swing my arms when walking. I even placed it on my ankle and was still off by 2K or more. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The unit disconnects all the time have to uninstall and reinstall to make it work properly. 3/30/16 it is working much better now doesn't disconnect this much and updates all the time I'm I am pleased with this thing right now

R70%

Need work alot in ur team, dc all the time and if not sync before midnight the data lost. Just make Acer name becoming bad.

R70%

Dies not have Facebook to add friend, does not track biking, more interactive app needed. Little more work goes a long way. Not recommended til then

I cant look at my past steps or sleeping hours anymore. Idk if its from an update but this app is broke. I have an lg g3

R70%

Always needs an internet just to sync! So TIME CONSUMING in trying to sync! Not automatically connected & synced by just turning the bluetooth on. Very contrary on what was said in the manual! In short, "DEFECTIVE"!!!!!

R70%
by R####:

Needs to connect to wi-fi easily. I have, issues with that when it said to double tap still not connecting.

W70%
by W####:

Can't even pair this device to my phone. Gets stuck on activating blue tooth step.

O70%
by O####:

I wish it was waterproof for swimming. It would nice if a manual overwrite could be entered for activity performed without the device or to modify sleep time when you forget to swipe.

E70%
by E####:

Very happy with the performance and the fact that the battery lasts a good three to four days. It seems very accurate my wife and I both have one and it tracked the exact number of Step difference based on our stride difference

R70%
by R####:

It does not accept my Acer account. It only say "Your Username or Password is incorrect", but when I sign in my account in Acer on my phone Google chrome, the Acer website accepted my Acer account, but on leap watch manager, it does not accept my account. And when I tried to sign up it says "Invalid authorization header". It really wasted my time. Then I tried Facebook but it still does not accept it. Please help me.
