Using Sample App:

***Testing aerBanner Placement***
1. Enter PLC
2. Click Banner Button
3. Ads will display at the bottom

***Testing aerWall***
Load Method
1. Enter PLC
2. Click "Load Interstitial"
3. Interstitial ads will display


Using Preload method:
1. Enter PLC
2. Click on "Preload Interstitial" Button
3. Wait "Preload Ready" event to fire
4. Click "Show" Button
5. Interstitial ad will display
