So I think it's broken, haven't been able to buy airtime or data for a while now

i jus have two problems with it, it crushes and en the need to use data all the time...

Please enable this App to work without data like the MTN app

I believe the developer abandoned it. Completely useless now

The older version is better. This one is fake just prank. So guys check on that

I wish the withdrawal message would be sent to the app instead of the Sim card. For I thought I was to help in case Sim card was out of reach

wishing it could use systems network other than data to connect and work offline, just hoping cause it seems it's still burgy. Though I like the idea n so far has worked for me well..... (less errors). Well-done

It kept rejecting my pin so I couldn't even try it. Sucks. Then it worked well for a few days and I almost praised it but only to be disappointed not so long after, it kept rejecting my transactions fooling me into thinking airtel money was down which cost me a lot so I'm really pissed over it. Super sucks.

Just playing on our minds keeps saying invalid data command will not be processed. Even your airtel customer care at our centre are just Green. Check your app before you release for public use.

I recently corrected my name on the Airtel money platform, now the app only works only after I reinstall it for one transaction then the next it gives me an error, "Invalid Account Details Supplied, Request will not be processed" Have gone to customer care and they told me they have upgraded my app, after two days same error, I called the customer care who only kept managing me instead of helping telling me I only need to reinstall the app, ITS JUST SO FRUSTRATING, DO SOMETHING, DO SOMETHING

It used to work but not any more. Cannot connect. This one deserves -5 rating. I think Airtel should remove it until they get a working version. Why would you need a data plan to check your balance unless Airtel is too money hungry or doesn't understand how service provider apps work?

This is what i call da best of da best airtel money app developer u have all that it takes to put a smile on people's faces i really like this app only one thing is i can't see my bank in it please add Crane Bank money transfer transaction option then i give u a 5 star plus.

Its good for us who most of the tyme wrk in gomba n butambala were u have totally failed to deliver network for al this long

I think some people do not know how to use this app. Its Infact better than Simanyi *165#. Excellent app. I give it 100stars

For real this is a waste of time...Every time I enter my pin it brings a certain error message.

It used to be good but after the update I cannot use it to send money, it returns error!! Paying bills it works.

It's gives me error when checking for balance. Work on that.
