At first it worked properly but after few days when I try to connect to server it fails and tell me "username or password error" despite no one changed default username or password in dvr software ... what is the problem ? How to solve it ? Please reply quickly

Umm after the update i lost the ability to connect with ip address is it permanently removed or bugged?

I have been told by my wards school to install this app and that I can monitor my wards activities. But not a single time could I connect, everytime it says "device is offline", when it is connected to the internet. Can the administrators help. Do they know the problem users are facing? Are they concerned about this? doesn't seem so, since most of the feedbacks on the app are negative.

Hi. I am using this app and it is basically a very good application but from last week I am having issue of disconnection. Whenever I open this app and it connects but suddenly it closed. I have tried opening this app again and again but dose the same. Can you please solve this issue? Thank you.

This app sucks max! It was working perfectly fine when I first installed it and god know what happens, 2 weeks later I keep getting the connection timeout message that I can't view my CCTV at all whenever I'm off-site. What's the point of having this app then, if in the first place it is supposed to help us to do off-site monitoring. And also, what's the point of asking us to write a review, without giving us a solution!? I thought effective communication should be a 2-way thing?

Everytime i go outside it says device offline and i have a 4g phone. I want to know why and whats being done because thats the whole purpose to have carmeas is to see when you are not home and i can not.

After some time it just stops showing the view of the camera and connection times out.it is the worst and u can't keep anyone safe using this

I am using both I pad and Android phones but keeps on bugging and hanging and it just disappears. And is very slow. I'd rather recommend HDIVS It really works long-term. By the way I am using the latest iPad pro that has A9 PROCESSOR WHICH IS SAID TO BE FASTER. AND THE ANDROIDS IM USING ARE SAMSUNG ANG LENOVO AND SAME IT DOES NOT WORK BUT KEEPS ON HANGING.PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO IT. IF YOU DONT BELIEVE TRY TO INSTALL HDIVS AND ULL SEE THE DIFFERENCE. SORRY TO COMPARE BUT I WAS ONCE AMAZED BUT NOW ITS GIVING ME A HEADACHE SO UNINSTALL IT.

I'm getting error id verification fail error after 2 sec view

The cloud service of this app is working when i use this app in the same network like my home internet connection which i am also using with the dvr,but the problem is when i go outside the home on my 4g mobile network it dosn't work at all.please fix it or please guide me what to do???4 days ago it was working with 4g or 3g mobile network but now it is not working.is your cloud server down?????please reply
