App is OK showed more issues than the overseas call centers saw, also easier to get to level 2 support. Unfortunately the service I have received the last 6 months is so beyond the pale. Had the house rewired 2 times, 4 modems and still could no fix the line issue on the poles. I am glad I have a new ISP that has so far provided service superior that xfinity could not. If you want intermittent connection with you internet stay with Comcast.

It's​ easy to use because it doesn't give any info. I don't need the app to tell me that the TV isn't working... it's pretty obvious when I turn on the TV. I need it to tell me how to fix it or even schedule a service, if that's what is needed. I rated it 2 stars instead of 1 because the app does give me the closest location to return my equipment

This isn't an app. It has a single button that says login. Press it and it opens a web browser to log into your account. I could have done that without an app! Then when you log in you are taken to a page that says "this document you requested has been temporarily moved" and a link appears below which goes nowhere. You should fire your app developers and make them pay back any money they were paid and give us credit for wasting time.

If I could make negative stars I would. This app is a piece of garbage that only allows you to see your billing and pay your bill. It does nothing to help you troubleshoot, schedule an appointment or anything else helpful. Its sole purpose is to collect you money for bills. Garbage!!!!

Worst app ever. It is just a big old button that says "sign in" nothing else. When you press the button it opens up your default browser and asks you to sign in. What a useless app. But then again, what did you expect from the worst company in America. I'm serious. Look it up.

TV guide should only show what my channels are that I pay for. It should show me how you have my cable box and 2 adapters set up for which room vs me assigning them. For internet I have my own router & modem yet this app says nothing is installed. Yet I have to call and give you the Mac addresses of both in order for them to be allowed to work on your platform. The app really is useless.

This is a joke right??? What a dumb fail and let me repeat this FAIL app. Doesn't even let you get pass the sign in I'm about yo go with a new network xfinity you were good but now you suck and you charge for almost anything.

Yeah app is simple to use however when making payments, they say give it 24 hours i would give it almost 48 and if on the weekend just forget about it. This app along with their pathetic customer service has made me want to switch providers

This company is the worst. They never had consistent service in our area, they never had nice customer service. They over charge and under service customers. Its cheap but not worth it. Id rather pay a little bit more for less headache and better quality.

Fantastic! Xfinity is a giant corporation that really does provide some of the most advanced services. Simple and to the point, but you can access all you need to manage your account. Just the other day, after they shut off service because we forgot to pay, I made the payment over the app and within 10 seconds my TV and internet went back on! Happy customers over here :)

I like the convenience of paying my bill from my phone. If you could make it so we can view your bundle deals you provide. I have NEVER had a bad experience with Comcast or the now Xfinity. Love it all

Doesn't let me sign in on s8+. App opens, sign in button in middle, I hit button, opens a Firefox window to sign in on, I sign in on Firefox and it switches me back to the app, app is still on sign in screen, I hit sign in, it opens other Firefox window saying I'm already signed in, I hit continue it switches back to the app with the sign in screen, I hit sign in, repeat above...... I've cleared cache on app, uninstalled and reinstalled app, signed out on Firefox and signed back in, cleared cookies and cache on Firefox. This is how I pay my bill, pretty irritated right now. App worked fine on my htc m8.

As a former Comcast supervisor in the advanced products group this app is basically useless for refreshing cable boxes. It has never worked with the X1 system. I've tried the identify cable box....nothing happens, I've tried several attempts to restart a box when it locks up but end up having to get up and unplugging it instead. The same with the system refresh again nothing. The only thing I have accomplished is being able to restart my cable modem from this app. I hate calling Comcast because I always end up with one of their many outsourcers that don't listen to you. Besides the fact you can't understand 98% of what they are saying (nothing against them since I'm not ignorant to other people's race ethnicity etc) because they don't speak English. Therefore if I do call Comcast I have my contacts there to reach out to....2 vps in corporate a few directors even have Brian Roberts info. So I hope someone from Comcast reads this because they have become business unfriendly. I still recall the slogan/motto they used back in 2005 "We are the company to look to first for the communications products and services that connect people to what's important in their lives". That went down the crapper fast

Troubleshooting is a joke. The app doesn't know when there are problems in the area. Before the app lets you call tech support it wants you to go through the usual helpless unplug and wait 60 seconds step. Of course the payment selection works great.

Its nice for when you need to contact them and can have them directly call you but it never updates the correct amount for my bill and even has the wrong due dute. I tried to sign out and back in, delete the app completely and sign back in but both are stil wrong and it has done this several times.....

This company is absolutely the worst. Poor internet service and horrible customer service. Customer service is based out of the Philippines and Mexico. Highly recommend using a different provider. Internet works half the time. So disgusted with this company.

Useless. App just cycles you around to the same couple pages when you are looking for something else. This app, like everything associated with Comcast, is terrible. Where is the mighty Fed to break up the monopoly when you need them?

No way to provide feedback or submit questions. I am constantly having streaming issues Since switching to Comcast and now I'm even more frustrated because I Must use Twitter . its ridiculous that i have to use a second app to communicate. Not everyone uses Twitter. 5/2017 - still having streaming issues

Works great. Fixed my outage issue without sitting on the phone for an hour trying to listen for the right prompt to enter & then being placed on hold forever. With this app it only took 2mins!

When i call customer service they tell me i can call till 11 when i find my acct #, but when i called a little after 9 was told they were closed. Was also told i could manage my account online, and after trying it again, was unable to do what reps claim. Apps are terrible.

Had to get a new modem, but this app is still tied to the old one. Call to Comcast did not fix the problem. App is totally useless because it says I have no internet or phone service, which is incorrect.

I can't log in! It keeps opening a browser page, then saying that I'm already logged in. When I click Continue, it opens the app...that prompts me to log in. An endless loop that doesn't let me use the damn app.

I love being able to keep up with my bill thru the app, and 24/7 customer service are available! I just have a minor suggestion about adding text messaging or chat to the app for customer service as well, because I don't always like talking to representatives over the phone when I have an issue with my cable or Internet, so just a suggestion if y'all can add that to the app as well

Removed the reset option. The most important feature of the app and replaced it with refresh which fails to fix most common issues. Refresh takes 3x as long and only really takes care of entitlement issues and not the problems that happen much much more frequently.

Your app is not accurate I made a payment on my bill last month it told me I had credit of $53. Then I go to check my bill today it was -$304. Better fix something or I'll take my busniss else where

Worked great on my g4. Got a stylo2+ and now its just bounces me abck to the browser sign in whenever I try to log in to my account. Won't actually sign in on the app. Sad day.

Have not been able to connect to the internet, nor is my cable box staying on. Was told I was due for an upgrade, but they couldn't help me over the phone. Everytime I try to engage the self-help troubleshooting, nothing is available "at this time". And the "zero minutes wait time" for a phonecall from one of their professionals to help me with this mess? Still waiting... 10+ minutes and holding strong. Thank you, Xfinity, for always being so diligent and available to take my payment, and for always sucking at providing decent service... you're certainly consistent.

This app is amazing...you can check account, refresh your boxes, find solutions and more. So take your time and explore the app because it is very helpful without calling in. Here you can do it yourself which might fix problem.... I recommend

I love this company when it works but far to often lately ive been without cable and internet and today they where unable to help and told me they would have to call me three hour from now... this app didnt help and the number it provides to call gave me a frustrating glitchy automated system and after about 6 tries when i finally got ahold of a human he was only capable of telling me everything the trubble shoot from the app told me so here i am writing a long bad review on this sunday morning because ive got no cable or internet in my house even though i pay enough that if i stopped paying i could afford a brand new car.... my rating for this app and company in a whole is a big fat single star because they have a nice platform the would be cool if it would ever work properly but 8 times out of 10 doesnt

This is the worst company and customer service. Charged me this month and next month for rental when I had purchased and turned in my rental beginning of april. They told me i was getting charged because it takes them 7 days to verify the rental. On record it shows when I set up my new modem and turned in the old. After 4 reps later I'm getting charged rental for next month. Had to verify the serial number today almost a month later. And still getting charged. Finding a different company and not paying that charge even if I have to take it to court. Look elsewhere if you want a reasonable company and services to deal with.

If you just need to pay the bill, it is a good app. If you are experiencing an issue or a problem requiring human assistance, it sucks. Only options offered to communicate w/customer svc is to tweet or go thru numerous automated options, then wait on hold . Should be able to communicate thru the app or an email. App is lacking in basic user friendly features aimed at problem resolution.

Can't get past sign in screen infinite loop. I open the app and it has a big button to sign in. I push the button. A web browser opens and takes me to an Xfinity login page that says I'm already logged in. I press the Continue button and get returned to the Xfinity app where it continues to display the same big sign-in button and no other options. I push the button. A web browser and the process repeats. Totally unusable!

I love it because of the easy access to my account and all the info easily accessible in seconds whether it's about your bill, service conection on all services whether it is active or not and also saves history of bills and extremely easy and quick to pay your bill. I am very old school when paying bills. This is the only bill I DO pay online because they are trustworthy with private information. Thank you for making paying bills little less painful!!! :)

Xfinity is and has been a rip off WE moved here 6 years ago and our signal has been weak for 6 years For over a month can't get emails downloaded. It works then stops And it's on the cells. The tablets and the desktop. If they don't get rid of that idiot answering service. And having our service calls go to the Philippines is criminal. How does XFINITY know that our private information isn't being copied or a phone photo taken of our private info on the screen. Anyone having their credit card hacked? Idiot XFINITY the Philippines have the Taliban and ISIS. Not to mention a crazy dictator! What about employing USA People. We pay here in the USA AND SHOULD GET USA STATIONED HERE IN THE USA. WHEN ARE THE FEDS GOING TO FINE AND PLACE PUNTITVE DAMAGES FOR YEARS OF CUSTOMER NEGLECT AND ABUSIVE AGENTS. SOMEBODY DEVELOP A PROGRAM TO PUT THIS GREEDY COMPANY OUT OF BUSINESS. XFINITY SHOWS NO LOYALTY TO US, EVEN THEIR BUSINESS SERVICES IS GARBAGE.

BEWARE after latest nougat update this app, when it rings my cell phone for my house phone permanently disables my phones ringers. It's completely annoying, i have to reboot my cell every time the house phone rings. Keep in mind, this is due to poor programming and over reaching permissions without adequate programming. Who knows what other irritating problems on other phones. After 3 weeks of trying to figure it out and monitoring the phone and ringers carefully, right after a call came in cell phone ringers stopped again. Disabled the app from making or forwarding any other calls. I expected a little more from Xfinity and their developers.

Couldn't sign in at all. Hit the sign in button and it brings up a web page that says I'm already signed in and to hit continue. After I do that it stays on the web page and brings me to xfinity WiFi on demand page. No option to go back to app unless I close the web page, and then I'm back to the sign in page. Useless. I'm on s6+ running nougat.
