Comodo Anti Theft

I registered 2 of my handsets with this comodo anti theft software app. I made sure that the GPS on all the devices were active. Upon trying to get the location of the handsets (which were with me) I got an error message saying "could not connect to the device" Imagine I didnt test this and my phone gpt stolen? This comodo software is crap. I will be looking elsewhere

I lost my phone once at a grocery store. Locked it via another device and snapped a picture. Location information showed it was still at the store so I went back. Gave all the info and was able to unlock my device. When I did, imagine my surprise to see the very face of the brat who told me he hadn't seen it...showed THAT to the manager as well. All of this in the span of ten minutes. My phone could've been lost for good. For a free service this went above and beyond my expectations.

But this fast secure app walks all over any security ive seen yet ..used to use windows for protection i had reformat within days.. not has got past this baby

I tried to locate my wife who was far from home and in the area without Wifi. At the time her phone has captured the signal sent from my phone (Wifi available), the theft alarm began to ring until she entered the Password. So I located her exactly where she was on the map. I like

Overall the app is ok, I've used Comodo on my pc for a few years with no problems. On installation of the mobile version my HTC Desire 620 froze a few times and flashed 3 or 4 pages very quickly from one to another so, we'll see.

Great app so far but having a problem with the alarm not sounding on my oneplus 3 when silent mode active. From what I have read this should happen. If the app is converted to a system app does this prevent removal if device is factory reset?

A very great app. Easy to lock device. To test I had mine locked and could find my location exactly Advised not to experiment Easily beats Google devices

Dear COMODO Team! Please advise the way this App can be uninstalled from the Android smartphone.

Earlier there was an option to send text message to blow alarm and take photo n lock the device. But that option is not available in this version. How can I locate my mobile if my data or wifi is off??

Pls add feature that if someone type wrong password for open device the person capture image automatically send on email account

app works great! unless your battery eating gps is off. then it doesnt do anything. how about a way to remotely kick on the gps so everything works?!

The only thing I wish it would do is take a photo remotely without having to press anything on the phone.

GOOD location, alarm functions. The Bad WIPE function does not work!!!

it doesn't connect to my device and I don't know why, i tried to use lock screen but it just show the message :could not connected to the device

So far so good gps location is acurate to almost exact position a lil off but not by much just a few feets wich aint that bad it does and work as advertize dont use much battery i like it

Scan is very slow, and the anti-theft doesn't work on my phone. For some reason, it's not connecting to my location, regardless of it showing up in the map. Keeps telling me to chose another device.

Having never used this app I decided to uninstall it, but it simply isn't possible. There is no uninstall option only 'deactivate'. When you try do that it rather unhelpfully tells you that you have to deactivate it before you can uninstall it, but it won't do either.

Your Anti-Theft App. Has me locked out of my Android and it won't let me use my password. I need that app removed.

Won't uninstall off of phone. Say to do something in admin. This stinks even when you log out. Please fix this problem

Locked my phone and wouldn't accept my password or pin.

Love the app guys, far better then others I've tried, I highly recommend to others to download you won't be disappointed.only thing is when using app lock I can lock my settings, but I can't seem to lock the pull down screen on phone so someone can still turn my location service off or on, is there a way of preventing this ?

I can't use sms to lock or locate my device anymore?? I'm just thinking that my device isn't always connected to the wifi so if I do lose it and there is no connection, i'd still be able to lock and locate it.. I wish you'd put it back

It would be nice if the device location feature had a time stamp. So I would know if the displayed location is 1 minute or 1 week old.

Sat at work with my phone on, this app open and showing my current location. Open the web page you'd be using if you lost your phone and the site tells me my phone is at home still. Tried to "locate" the device a few times but get the message "location of the device could not be updated". Totally pointless app. Also " command have not been retrieved by device" when trying to take remote picture via the website. (Phone has good signal)

You say we can't send hidden message and thief can see our pass.OK you can consider 2 different pass one for SMS command and other one for antitheft main apk.

How can I uninstall? My roommate put this on here. I don't need it normally. Eats battery. Takes way too much space for my Obama phone.

When I try to log into to account it shows it "Could not establish connection with the server". Contacted support also but no resolution.

It locked down my phone. And the only option to unlock it was to flush my rom and return it to default setup. It cost me around $9 to bring my android phone to it's normal state. It doesn't remember my password even I went through their security questions. I am very disappointed.

The location is not accurate and it does not turn on GPS or WiFi if it is off to locate the device.
