Contacts Backup & Restore

So bought pro. Wasted $$. What is it that's so hard about retrieving my gogle accts that I have to end up 8-10 of ea. with all info duplicated on same sheet & can't remove or change anything. This 3,Pro app & not 1 can recover w/o duplicates that can't be fixd. Every bit of info on my name,addy,phone#'s, note,can't fix. My name ,many, g-mails, device info to. I can't assign gmail cause it's replicated so much, along wth others. Mess. wasted $ again, no editing problem on all

TOTAL GARBAGE! It can't find the file no matter WHERE I put it! I am angry at the money I wasted on the full version. It keeps saying file does not exist or check CSV/SD card. Instructions are vague: "Place you CSV file of the root of your SD card. Click on 'Import CSV' button on the app. Contacts will be added to your phone." I ASSUME it means place the file in the root directory of the SD card, WHICH I DID, yet, it WILL NOT IMPORT THE FILE. "Please check the CSV file/SD card" is all I get.

I imported csv file from my hotmail "outlook" account. And all the contacts imported were blank!!! what a waste of money. The author should be black listed for such crappy app.

The complaints are obviously coming from inexperienced PC & Android/Linux users. If you use a PC, open the csv file using Notepad2 and try to follow the author's instructions. Did someone miss this? - "For Lite version, up to 50 contacts are restored". Several contact lists will reside on a device and this app can only utilize a single list. It cannot consolidate lists. Using the app called, "Contacts+", consolidates my device's contact lists into a single main list and then "Contacts Backup and Restore Lite" then utilizes this "master" list as its resource.
