The Diamond Multimedia home monitoring kit is the first of its kind using HomePlug® AV-compliant powerline communications (PLC) technology. The solution includes one 500M PLC network adapter and one PlugnView IP camera.
Easy 2 step Installation 1 - Plug the PLC adapter into a wall socket and connect it to your router or broadband modem using the included Ethernet cable and then Plug the PlugnView camera into a wall socket in a location you wish to monitor.
Step 2 - Download the free PlugnView App onto your device and add the camera by scanning the QR code (printed on the bottom of the camera), searching for it over a local network or by typing in the camera ID and Password. The choice is yours!

The app crashes pretty often, but when it does work, it is good. It doesn't seem to crash when I'm outside of the WiFi network the camera is on. Try that if you're having issues.

I'm not sure the quality of the camera itself. The app does not work it keeps crashing and will not connect to the camera. I tried on 3 different phones. Don't buy this product, waste of time.

I bought 4 of these and they were working just fine. But four months ago, they all stopped working. I called support center and they have no idea how to fix the problem. Now the app keeps crashing.

The app on my phone keeps shutting down. The app on my tablet works but it keeps telling me to change the password and when I try it just says failed to change. Definitely returning it and finding a better option.

WTF happened. I bought this last year installed the app and was working fine. bought new cell phone and re-installed app which keeps crashing. I'm I entitled to a refund. fix it or will report to the BBB and FTC. This is so frustrating as a consumer.

I loved the fact I could see my baby daughter while I was at work but something changed and now doesn't say on. Just closes the app with no warning.

Can't get the password to change so I can view my camera. And can't find it to download on computer. If that was fixed I could use the stuff I paid for.

Setting it up is easy and only thing that is wrong is changing the password but its can be done on your PC and then it works for your phone and tablet and they are trying to fix the problem
