the app is good.... The UI looks good but this update and couple updates in a short time is annoying and the login experience has gotten annoying. The older version was just fine for me. I didn't need to login in every time.

I'm having issues with the app since I got my new phone. It keeps having me resign in every time without actually taking me to the app features. It keeps looping back to the sign in

I love this app but I rarely get to utilize it, it's always unresponsive and asking if i want to close it or wait. Appreciate the recent update, improved significantly.

It's the worst I've seen. Setting up my account and it's telling me my email is invalid.

Every message sent from digicel encourages you to download the app and I finally gave in. I really like the app but it has far too many bugs; it freezes 75% of the time until it is it makes your transactions more difficult. Please fix bugs then your ratings for me will significantly improve.

Doesn't load. Keeps giving errors. And delivers false information

I keep entering my email address and yet the stupid thing continues to tell me it's invalid. Stupse. Waste of time

The last update on 6th march 2017 is glitchy.. keep getting 'my digicel has stopped' and the app is not open.

When you top up with the app yu don't get any benefits such as extra credit double credit etc. Used it then reverted to regular top up where at least you can get a double credit even for 48hrs...

Hey...this app like the play go app does not provide the option to login by email address. I did not register using a tel. No but my email address. Please rectify

I cannot use the app because it keeps telling me my account was not found.

After I sign in it just loops back to the sign in over and over again without taking me to app features

I have increase my ratings because i realize that you must have good service for the app to work properly. Its OK now but i won't update it again to risk it crashing all the time like what happened before.

I am not allowed to access my balance and I am constantly being asked for my password and when I put it in it is not recognised. I am have to resetting it all the time despite that i am not allow to gain access to my account information

Cannot register only saying my email address is not valid

I dislike false advertisements. At 10:57 am on 1st March 2017 I received a text message from digicel informing me that if I top up my account using this app I will receive triple credit expiring in 7 days. Foolish me, believing in digicel, top up my account at 12:30pm the same day to the amount of $95.00. However, I received only $95.00 bonus expiring in 48hours. I spoke with three agents since then and no one seems to be able to correct my problem. Please advise me whether I should dispose of this app immediately because of false advertising.

Downloaded the app 2 days ago and I'm still waiting to see the screen showing top-notch plans. The loading icon has been spinning for two days. The data plans show, but if you tap 'add to checkout', nothing happens. I hope they got this app for free because it is totally useless. Please don't tell me to contact your 'customer support' as it is slightly more useless than the app. I overpaid on my account and was told I'd get cheque since July 2016, and I'm still waiting.

I'm fed up with this app. Each time you update it I'm forced to sign in again and this latest update is completely broken. I have not been able to sign in since, absolutely annoying. It takes too long to load and just like your website is a pain to navigate.

I love it because it is unique and easy to use it is like a one stop shop .. The only thing it needed service for u to login.. And then since recently there is a glitches occurring when login in ..

This is not working on my phone it use to work fine before but it got deleted from my phone I've downloaded it again an now once i select login its just loading endlessly please fix asap

Its a great app, even if your not sure how to activate a plan this app will make it easier to access a variety of digicel services

App does not need to use GPS. Unless forced to stop, it uses GPS continually and drains battery if app is closed normally.

why do I need to be on a plan to use this app can't u guys make it free.

This app doesn't work for me. The home page keeps loading at 10%. Won't pass that page.

Everything about digicel use to be very nice some years ago. Gone are those days.
