It has limited functionality. It doesn't produce all the data they claim. It glitches and can lock your device off. This happened to my ipad and I had to do a factory reset because I couldn't get the blasted app off my device. Technical support is rubbish.

This app has been great for me to put on my kids phones. As a mother of 2 children, I am always worried about my kids running off and doing stuff!! this has helped me track my children and eased my worries by a lot!! I would definitely recommend this app to any parent!

Downloaded it, activated it, try it out, didn't like it, I tried to deactivate device that have the administrator on it, it will not let me, take this off my phone!

It does not catch texts or log time on web or apps or anything else accurately. The parent website is almost impossible to use on a mobile device. I waited MONTHS for improvements they said were coming and they never came. The customer service was always great in responding to my emails in a prompt and friendly manner, but the app itself is garbage.

I have a nephew and now I can give her my old smartphone without worrying. Sometime the connection is kinda slow or have some problems with it, but anyway the app works good even it 's a new one. I hope it will be better in the future.

I can now list my son use my phone without worrying if he is going to get into something he shouldn't! I also love how easy the app was to set up! I cannot recommend this highly enough for anyone that has children or works around children.

The Mobicip service is free. Mobicip actually allows users to use their system settings and only blocks access to the administrative access settings. That is genius. I will give Familoop another try sometime.

It's decent, but doesn't work well on mobile devices only a desktop which I never use. It only tracks partial conversations with texting, mainly the kids side, and once they delete the conversation you can't see it. And there's no way to block a number you don't want calling their phone. There customer service is great tho, usually prompt and friendly responses. They have a ways to go tho. Hopefully they get better.
