2Do - Reminders, To-do List & Notes

I love the app, I even paid for the Pro version, but unfortunately I found that there is no automatic backing up of your tasks. It must be done manually. My phone got damaged and I lost all of my todo lists and data I had storred in the app, with no way to restore what I had. There is also no support for multiple devices. Your data stays on your phone. You cannot check up on your lists from a computer, tablet, or other phone. It all lives locally. Structure wise, it's the best todo app I've used. I like to use it a lot better than todoist, but todoist's online back up is so nice that I'm tempted to go back.

This the only task management app I use. It's perfect for the depth of organization that I require! I like the project and checklist sets, and I like the interface -- allows for quick differentiation between lists and projects. I like to use it to keep my creative projects and freelance in order. Thanks so much for the big update! Thanks also for taking care of my formerly-paid-to-Pro user situation. EDIT: there needs to be an undo button for completing tasks, particularly with Projects...

Really like this app. I've used the Mac version for a while and paid for the pro version on Android phone. Unfortunately I just can't get the sync to work on my phone so rated accordingly. It would be 5 stars otherwise. Especially since there's a one-time payment rather than subscription. Sorted. Now 5 stars. Impressed by the quick customer service response too.

Been using this app across a range of devices (both iOS and Android) for a long time. One of my all-time favourite and most used apps. Syncs reliably and never had any problems. Needed customer support to download on to a new phone: fast response and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Love this app so far! So glad they didn't do the subscription thing! I wish there was a web app too for easy task adding, for those of us that aren't apple people. I tried emailing Dev, but it came back saying email didn't exist.

I had tried comparing most of the PRO/premium, from the very expensive ones to free GTD/tasks/projects/reminders app in Android.. And this is the one I keep going back to.. If you need a detailed list of tasks and projects or just your list simple, 2do does it with clean beautiful UI and seemless synchronisation.. There is a comprehensive video tutorial if you are still finding your way around it.. Their customer support is very prompt too.. For a one-time purchase app of its kind, it is a bargain.. Love it as it is and would gladly pay for subscription if they should add more features.. I use it in both Android and Apple.. It deserves more stars and more thumbs up than is allowed.. Kudos to Beehive Innovations! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ????????????????

Spent 2 hours setting up the Pro version of 2Do and entering my lists and items. Synced to Dropbox and magically all is lost. Yippee. Have to start again. This time dropouts disconnected for good. Not very functional now, is it? ……… Now 4 years later. Have to upgrade to pro again to maintain functionality. Moved to a competitor app and saying adios.

You like this version? You should have seen the old one. I used it on iOS for a long time. Old version was beautiful, functional, and fast. Not this. I did not like this redesigned version on iOS, and I do not like it on Android either. No customization No drag-and-drop No notification bubbles Blah looks Cumbersome functionality Can't keep up ...

It's an ok app. Biggest drawbacks are: lack of multiple snooze times on reminder and cannot differentiate between a recurring and non-recurring reminder. Communicated these features to developer but still not in the app.

It's a nice personal organizer app. I have the PRO version. But there is problem with alert system. Many times it doesn't alert automatically until I open the app and refresh it.

Can't believe ALERTS are a pro feature. You would think a reminders app would let you have UNLIMITED alerts I didn't even think it would be possible to monetize the MAIN FEATURE. I think it's misleading and draconian. Wasted my time hope you like the extra download to buff your numbers but it doesn't make sense to monetize the most important feature in free app. Let people use your app and charge them for other advanced features like device sync or something.

Great task keeping app with lots of features. Definitely worth getting pro. The recurring reminders actually work (as opposed to Google calendar) and the notifications are very helpful. Also, the devs respond pretty quickly to questions and take your feedback into account!

I paid for the pro version ($10) but realized that it doesn't handle attachments correctly. For instance, if attaching a pic by using your camera, it always makes your pic as landscape, even if you took it as portrait; very annoying because when you want to view it correctly you're always twisting your phone around which of course the pic keeps rotating on you. Also, if you try to update the pic by choosing from the gallery or taking a new pic, it shows the same pic until you actually click on it, then the new pic comes up; again annoying. One more annoyance, you can only attach "one" pic not multiple pics to a task. The workaround is to create A "project" then to add multiple tasks each with different pics. I'm starting to think this is not worth the $10.

If a task is completed days before due day, yet the reminder will appear in the coming days. Each click on this reminder, will set a completion for the next months. This is a serious error for you to check. Sent email, should have been updated by now.

Hi in the beginning l Loved this app very useful . but suddenly I lost all my tasks and u don't have contact . really I like this app but I am afraid to Los my data again .please if u can get back my data I'll be thankful

I have purchased the app and have been using since long time. Recently I have factory reset my device and installed the app. It is again asking for purchase which I have already done. Please resolve it

This is absolutely the best app for task management, and it fits the GTD system perfectly, j could even tweak the system a little bit to fit my needs. I rarely give a 5 star review to an app, but this one deserves it.

Been using this for a couple of years in conjunction with Toodledo and love them both. I miss the Defer button in this version. Customer support very helpful with upgrade to Pro based on previous purchase, thanks!

I tried multiple to-do apps and none of them completely worked out for me until I came across this app. Easy to use, tons of options/customization and frequently updated. I liked that premium is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription like most other apps of this sort. Keep up the great work dev(s)!

I was ready to give a 5 star and even bought the pro version. However after some update, I am unable to do search using the "groups" query. Everything else is amazing. Please fix this issue as I use this feature constantly.

This app has made keeping track of work tasks a breeze. With it being on multiple platforms it allows me on my android phone and my coworker on his iPhone to coordinate and stay up to date. The support for the app was also fantastic. They were quick to respond and resolve my app issue.

Revizing my review, they keep on disabling features that were included when i initially purchased this app to make you upgrade to pro, i already paid for this im not gonna upgrade, just noticed they will disable notating reminders in 2 days unless i upgrade to pro, uninstalling it, anybody thinking of purchasing BE WARNED

I have this app on my Mac, iPhone and now Android. It has all the desirable attributes of an indie developer product: thoughtful design, great support, regular updates and improvements and no ads. I used many Todo apps and websites (mostly paid) before finding 2do and after more than a year, I'm confident that I'm now done. Many thanks and kudos for a great product!

This is the best app of it's type that I have found. Although I had a full license at Amazon, I found that the Play Store version was updated regularly. So I bought a Play Store license. Well worth the money. Easily 5 stars.
