Hooks - Alerts & Notifications

It does not work, notifications do not pop. Plus, user is stuck with the notification types that the app provides, meaning, there is no customization. For example, in sports, there are "results" and "upcing games" for soccer, basketball, hockey and football. I don't care for any of these, plus, I can't create custom ones for Formula 1 (such as "race results", "upcoming races"). I also can't create a new notification type, such as " F1 championship standings/rankings". Limited app. It never gets updated too.

I found out that all my alerts were gone, I would still receive notifications of updates but could never see all posts of a single alert. What worked for me was clearing the app's data. After relaunching my alerts were back. Complained with the devs several times but they never responded, thanks for nothing. Requests for the devs: enable fullscreen YouTube videos. When sharing, break a line after the URL, otherwise won't work on WhatsApp.

I've not had this app for long, but I've only gotten alerts about things that I didn't ask for, and no alerts for the things that I registered to get alerts for. This app is therefore unusable.

Was pretty great; I was testing it out with the weekly horoscope and a few movie and Netflix alerts. Stopped sending horoscope after last update, never prompted for Captain America: Civil War. Seems not to be alerting me for any of my selections. Please fix because cool app when it works.

It works well for notifications but every link opens in their internal browser, which is rubbish. Bug: add a twitter alert and it says it didn't work, then multiple alerts show up for the same event and can't be removed.

You can be notified for almost anything that matters to your lifestyle or workflow. My favorite is Notifications of TV shows aired. I use it as my "to watch" list and it's fantastic!

Still early days, which is why I haven't given it 5*, but having gone through a period of being pretty unreliable it does now seem to be working really well again.

It worked fine for me and I can't live without this app I almost never miss thing with this unless the notification is too much then this will be annoying

I have no idea how well it works because it doesn't even start. It crashes before it even boots. Too bad, I was looking for an app like this!

Wouldn't let me passed the first screen, kept saying there was something wrong. Uninstalled it and won't use it again.

I cannot use search which leaves me with a list a mile long. Not browsing all of it to find out if it has what I wanted

I downloaded this app in hopes of being able to keep up with my favorite shows but I still have yet to recieve a single notification

It says unfortunately the app has stopped all the time. I can't even open the app.

This used to be an amazing app, but for ages now I've hardly had a single notification and opening the app is the only way to get updates. Sometimes I get the occasional one but then nothing. And yes, I have background updates enabled. Please fix this!!

Set up my first alert. Now it just crashes at each open. Uninstall.

Great app, been looking for a replacement for rss junkie for ages and this fits the bill plus more. Great support too

Crashed immediately. Cannot get it to work.

I remember signing in, but after changing devices and re-installing this app, I can't seem to find the option to sign in.

Crashes as soon as i start it everytime right now. Unusable.

Stayed open until I set an alert. Then it will only force close.

Works well, but would like to see custom icons for notifications, and integration with apps such as YouTube etc.

The idea is good. Few bugs but its usable.

This app is absolutely best .I gave it 5 star few month back.I upgraded Android .this app didn't sync my saved favourites in the app from past all gone. Total disappointment.do something I ll change to 5

I've been looking for a way to receive a push notification when a specific Twitter user tweets. I can FINALLY do that now! There are so many other alerts in this app I did not expect to use too!

Have not had a single notification from this app for longer than I can remember. I have a number of notifications set up to remind me when my favorite TV shows air. The shows have aired, the app has not reminded me.

Good overall app, just lacks in terms of content variation.

It has interesting content, but it is terribly slow and asks for too many permissions.

Enable me to disable the vibration.

If only there's an option to sync across devices it will be great!

This app is really useful and I guess better than Google Now. I think it would be good if you develop a widget also.
