This app looks like it was design by somebody who has no idea of what a user experience is. Menu that are simply a bad jpeg image, the host program asks you to disable completly your firewall making your PC a target for all sorts of attacks. Plus, the connection is always failling. The laser-usb stick that comes for android looks awful. I bought this on Indiegogo and it is absolutely the worst project I ever backed. Wouldn't recommend.

I bought it on indiegogo, and just now set it up. Installation was kind of strange, since the url in the manual didn´t work (come on, how hard can it be to redirect the url to the downloadpage?) It is easy to download the wrong ipin app as well, make sure you download the ipinusb app if that is how you connect your ipin. The app it self is crude, some might call it ugly. It doesnt feel "appy", more as if a windows GUI designer created the app. I havent found a way to go back in a presentation without triggering the laser, wich is odd. Also, the app doesnt give you any information on where you are in the presentation. If you are looking for a sleek laserpointer, this might be it. It will zap your battery though, since the screen is turned on while you use the laserpointer. If you are looking for an easy way to control your presentations, there are better apps for that. Because of the app, I will probably not use my ipin
