San Antonio 311

The city created an app for 311 and then forgot about it. The app is useless. It is never updated and is basically a cheap browser that pulls up city pages. I submitted a report about an overgrown lot in my neighborhood using the app back in March. When I called to get info on the report using the reference number provided by the app, the CSR had no information on that number. When the lot was eventually cleared, the app never closed the report. An embarrassment of an app.

Issue : If the app is delivering a report ,the very lazy,incompetent COSA staff just doesn't give a damn,Which isn't hard for me to believe.Why are reports made Not staying in "Filed Reports" folder? They vanish.Can't keep track of progress.

I originally had problems using 'auto enter' details from my keyboard, email address, name etc. The app worked when info was entered manually

Make several reports EVERY TIME it rains and nothing is ever done to fix the problem tis app is only a small diversion to not recieve so many calls. SAD VERY VERY SAD

Doesn't do anything. Everything I report says it's been resolved but hasn't.

It worked great until it asked for my name. When I submitted a report, it kept prompting me to insert a valid reporters name! I tried my name & husband's name, nothing worked! I communicated with all who could help me, I uninstalled and reinstalled, I felt my time wasted. Nothing worked! Maybe an update might help. Or the old fashioned way, call the city & sit on hold. Update: I was using auto-fill to insert my information, I re-entered my information manually and it finally submitted my report.

Reported a stray dog that barks all night. One hour later they send me an email saying case closed and dog is still there. What Crap!

This app just stopped working. It won't load past the startup screen. It was good when it worked but not anymore. Reinstalling doesn't help.

Used to work... Now stuck on opening "Report It" screen. So, here's the report: FIX IT!

It doesn't open at all. The city needs to keep up with the maintenance on this application site. I had this application on my s4 and never had any problems now with my galaxy note 5 this application won't open.

Won't work on Nexus 5 anymore. Maybe it doesn't like Lollipop update.

I used this app because I needed some graffiti removed from the neighborhood but thinking I wasn't going to get much resolved from it or it was going to take weeks for something to happen...boy was I wrong! With in 24hrs of me submitting a very simple request on this app a city public worker was out in the neighborhood removing the graffiti! I definitely recommend this app to help do your part to keep not just your neighborhood but the city looking clean and beautiful! GO SPURS GO!

I thought this would be a handy tool for accessing city services, but so far I see just the pretty picture. I'm on a Nexus 5 running Lollipop.

Frozen stiff.. Will not open. My phone is brand new. It's all about getting things fixed or improved etc.. How ironic. Hope somebody will pull their head out and get it fixed.

Hasn't worked for months on my Nexus 5. It needed some minor improvements before that, but at least it worked.

Horrible! You basically download a picture because there is nothing else to do but look at the picture.

I wanted to report that a tree fell in the middle of the street and if they can pick it up. First I didn't know what category it would fall under, also it kept saying I had an invalid email and cell number. So it basically didn't let me submit it.
