About My Orange BE
As an Orange Belgium mobile customer, the My Orange app enables you to follow and manage your consumption and Orange Thank You gifts at any time you like; for free in Belgium and abroad.
The My Orange app enables you to :
- keep track of your consumption,
- reload your own prepaid card, or that of a friend
- view and accept your badges and gifts linked to Orange Thank You, our loyalty program
- check your tariff plan and manage your options,
- get an overview of your last 6 invoices,
- find an Orange shop near your location,
- contact Orange Belgium. We’ll be glad to help you!
Important information
- The My Orange app is accessible for residential Orange Belgium customers via the Orange Belgium-network or Wi-Fi.
Connecting through the app with our 3G/4G gives you immediate and automatic access to the app. If you prefer connecting through Wi-Fi upon first usage after download or update, you’ll be asked to enter your phone number. The received SMS code will give you access to the app.
- The information shown is limited to the card for which the application is used. Shown data is purely informative and does not replace your invoice.
- The utilization of the application is free in Belgium and abroad, except for downloading the maps for the Orange shops or the use of a third party bank app for prepaid reloads.

The app looks very nice and has lots of features (most of which are actually quite useful). Unfortunately its plagued by loads of annoying bugs. Once properly debugged it would actually be a great app, Well worth 4+ stars.

Dont even bother to install this application. makes me doubt that i'm using orange simcard which im %100 sure. if orange application is not gonna work with orange sim-card should i consider moving to proximus or base????

Seems people at orange think French is the basic language in belgium and i don't find a place to change the message language. The setting language is even on english.

Used to work (though real slow to refresh your remaining min and data, sometimes several days). Now simply won't recognize me as an Orange user (yes, I am using the proper sim as data provider and not using WiFi for the first use). Phone is Huawei p9 lite.
