Notification Saver

This app is a big help to me, it saves the contents of notifications. I have 1 or 2 apps which give a notification alarm but as soon as I bring down notification shade they disappear and I can't find any record.

“Past Notifications(Alternative app [Name])” is a little better than this app in what I'm looking for... However this app is still useful.

Very useful app. The notifications list text is too dark, it is hard to read the messages in daylight.

Good but needs a function to remove all saved notifications in one go. Currently I can only select them one by one and delete them manually.

Sure, it saves most of your notifications, but it doesn't look you back to those applications as it you had a live notification. The best it does is open the app. For example: if you have a notification from your calendar app, selecting a normal notification will open up three calendar app and take you to a specific event. Whereas, if you select a saved notification in this app, it will only open your calendar app, it's up to you too get to what the notification was for. It has some use, but not much.

Okay for short-term problem solving but not for long-term use. If I leave it running for a few days, it stops recording messages, perhaps because the limit on the number of messages is reached. But it doesn't erase old messages itself. The only solutions I have found are to delete messages one by one (!!) and then reboot, or else to delete all the app's data. Not great...

BLACK LIST DOESN'T WORK! So ya get countles notifications that your phone is charging and have to scroll thru.

Doesn't allow me to view notifications from before the app was installed, so completely useless for what I needed it for

Lemme see -- I want to see all notifications, but Android often hides them or I could accidentally hit "clear". So we have this & it works great. However, if it allowed easier sorting, flagginf, hughlighting, and export / automation (ie linked to IFTTT or similar) it would be better. Still, it gets 5* from me bc it is 'best of breed'.

One of the very best notification history recording apps. Full history, search, export. Sophisticated pattern matching to exclude some notifications from saving. Displays even very long multi-line notification text and can do landscape device orientation for more width to read longer text lines without wrapping. But displays only dates, not time (except for today's notifications); if you want to see full timestamps a very good alternative is Timeline-Notifications history by codococo.

This app does indeed store all your notifications. However, part of the functionality of notifications is to be a hyperlink to additional content...and in that this app is lacking. Say you receive a notification from your eBay app that an auction is about to end. You click on that notification and it opens that particular auction in eBay. You would expect that an app designed to save your notifications would allow the same thing. It does not. But I will keep using it until I find one that does.

Just figured out long press on a notification. Tap filter to add to black list. Now to delete?

I wish that I can just mark notifications and filter. The workaround is to delete, but then you lose your history.

I would love if this app allowed me to copy text from notification or click a link if there is one in the message.

It would be fun if you add widget

Just should have an option to switch it on and off and an easier delete function. The filter function is a great feature. Also it should be possible group the notifications by app. A short description for the filter creation would be helpful. Tested on Samsung Tab S 8.4 with Android 5.0.2.

An update with a widget would be lovely. ☺
