Pronet abonesi değilseniz acil durumda bilgi verilmesini istediğiniz ve uygulamada belirtilen alana
iletişim bilgilerini girdiğiniz 2 yakınınıza panik butonuna bastığınız anda SMS ile lokasyon bilgileriniz
gönderilir.

Pronet abonesi olmanız durumunda ise panik butonuna bastığınız anda, hem önceden belirlediğiniz 2
yakınınıza SMS ile lokasyon bilgileriniz iletilir hem de bu kişilere Pronet Alarm ve Çağrı Merkezi tarafından
yardıma ihtiyaç duyduğunuz bilgisi verilir. Yakınlarınız bilgilendirilirken, panik butonuna bastığınız anda
sizin telefonunuzdan Alarm Merkezimiz otomatik olarak aranır. Kısa süre içinde çağrınıza cevap veren
müşteri temsilcimiz lokasyonunuzu doğrular ve talep etmeniz durumunda bulunduğunuz yere Polis
