Not accepting activation codes

The only annoyance I have is that it auto refreshes even if you accidently tilt the phone enough for the screen to rotate.

Doesn't work unless you adjust display of text size to default or larger. Advised dell support of this

Every time I open the app it crashes with a message saying unfortunately, dell defender has been stopped.

App force closes every time I try to open it does not work hasn't worked and hasn't allowed me to proceed with work!

I don't get the lame reviews here. This works great. Good work Dell...looks clean. Folks that give this app bad reviews: Configure your product properly....this is as good as your IT dept can be.

New version looks great and is now actually usable on my newer phone. Glad to see Dell giving this software some love. I wish the token would auto cycle so that I don't try to use an old token, but at least the ui better supports multiple tokens.

Now functional on my phone without physical button menu triggering hack. Oh and much easier on the eyes :)

But now I have to refresh every time because it opens to an old token. Functionality for looks, not a good trade IMO. I never had any issues with the old version.

Cannot activate Quest in Android 5.0 Lollipop. There is no option button. Needs an update for Lollipop.

App needs to be refreshed to support modem android OS. UI with in the app is not compatible.

In ZenFone 5 complete screen is not visible. So not able to see the menu to enter activation key. Please fix that and update soon .

The old UI was ghastly. This looks great now. Appreciate the new code on app open.

Just open the app, and your authentication code is displayed. Simple and works without any problems.

I have installed the app, but it says "Unfortunately the app is stopped". Please check this. I Need this app.

Does not work on Nexus 9 tablet anymore, crashes on start. I uninstalled and reinstalled after clearing the cache, but nothing work. This is kind of a BIG problem since I need this app! Update: Three months later and still COMPLETELY MESSED UP.

Not really sure what is expected from a 2FA one time password generator but it does precisely what it's designed to do, no more no less and it does it well. Remember you MUST wait at least 30 minutes after getting your activation code to set this up!

It would be nice if there was a wear interface like Google Authenticator. it's a pain to always have to pull out the phone to get a Token every time we need a new number.

When you have to generate a response, you have to refresh the first token it gives you because it's always expired. Major annoyance

This app only needs to do one thing and it doesn't do it well. The UI got refreshed with Dell branding, but the app always opens with an expired token -- seriously? It won't automatically replace an expired token with a fresh one - user has to tap it - seriously? With those problems topping the list I guess displaying a token expiration timer is out of the question. If this was a class project I would give Dell an F. Check the Google Auth android app to see a well behaved single function app in practice.

Only works once when with IT, barely, after many attempts but for 99.999999 percent it never works. Never had any issues with old application. Please fix.

Pretty embarrassing when we have to give this app to clients. I have complained directly to Dell a few times through various account managers, but no love
