About Battery Stats Widget
Widget allows you to show information such as battery level (percentage), the current consumption in mA, the anticipated time and temperature of the battery. Configure the widget is available from the grid application, and after clicking on the widget and you get into the battery information on the consumption of different applications.

Not reading current on Samsung S5, and unlike what you said to the person with the Nexus, it must be a coding mistakes as I have other apps installed on this device that read the mA without any problems, so don't be rude to your users and investigate the fault!
