File Viewer for Android is a universal file viewer that supports over 100 file types, including PDFs, email files, audio and video files, images, camera raw photos, archives, and more. In addition to viewing files, you can browse and manage files on your Android device and view file metadata.
** KitKat users: Android disallows third-party apps to manage files on external SD cards, so you will not be able to manage (e.g., create, move) files on your external SD cards.

Okay am I stupid because all I did was click a file and than a thing came up saying extract so I clicked extract waited for the thing to finish and than it said done but nothing happened I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or what but either way there needs to be a tutorial!!!! ):(

Probably the only app for Android that opens JPEG2000 and TIFF! On LGMS345, theres no prompt for SD Card write access, thus extracting a compressed file to the SD Card won't work. Extract AES 7Zip/ZIP/RAR, ZipCrypto ZIP. Open WMA. Sort by. Open RTF/DOCX. Amazing app!

Please add the file type in web section which is mhtml file, so we can open webpages that are saved by desktop browsers. Mhtml format in Email section cannot open mhtml web files as it is not supported and recognize as it's designed to open email only. I hope that you will add it to the file type that will be supported by your application. Thank You :)

This will open Canon CR2 raw photos for viewing. Others (DCraw and Snapseed ) say they can but need to convert files first. Can upload files to tablet and view them easily, I'm happy

It works well for html files however. I'm having a big issue. I have to swap between 2 apps a lot this one and maps. I copy addresses from an html file and paste into maps. But every time I switch back to file viewer, it scrolls all the way back up to the top of the file, I really need it to keep my place and open back up in the spot I left off. I swap between 2 html files and maps over 40 times a day and having to scroll back down to find my place each time is really annoying and time consuming. If this issue is fixed, I will rate 5. But if not, I will have to cancel my subscription. O I also once had a full screen ad come up even after I had paid for the subscription.
