How the hell is this supposed to work ??? The instructions that came with it are not what is in the app. ..another piece of junk. ..taking this one back for a refund..absolute rubbish !!!

Only just got this system and already having issues. Managed to set up the app ok but since then can't seem to log in. Just keeps trying again and again.

Latest update has made this app painfull. Takes many many attempts to connect to alarm even on same local network. I have an S7 Android phone. Was pretty good until now. Can I get hold of the original apk and roll back.

I really like the potential of this system - Wireless, and self-sustaining in the event of power failure. Although very easy to physically set up, instructions weren't very clear/concise. Smart panel could have more functionality (network settings, individual # buttons, etc). Seems like the app is not compatible with latest android OS which is a real shame, hopefully this will be fixed VERY SOON (5 stars when it's working). Still functions as a standalone alarm system without cloud connectivity, which should be enough of a deterrent

This lastest update crashes on an S7 as soon as it logs onto the cloud. I have been sending in reports and contacted the help desk. They looking into it

Not user friendly, usless app instructions. Won't connect to my Samsung phone at all. Avoid at all cost till they sort their problems out.

Gives me access via smartphone but app crashes on android regularly. Works fine on ios

I have a samansung galaxy and this app is always crashing, very unreliable! Having constant issues with this alarm system! please fix this app for android!

Works well. Sure it stops working now and then but recovery is quick and simple. Easy to use and modify settings via app.

Only half-way through the set-up and it just freezes. What is with the constant message "too long! Cancel and retry" Weird. So frustrating! I hate it.

Froze at end of WiFi setup step. Needed to use another phone to complete the setup step, and now it works. Could do with more testing.

App won't install on my HTC 1 M8. Fails every time. Now I have a useless security system. If you're considering this system, please try something else instead.
