Before this Sony Xperia M4 I was Sony loyal ... No longer. Eats up my data plan by constantly updating the massive amount of bloatware. And it's unstable, crashes about once every two months. I'm buying a bloatware free phone and won't ever consider another Sony. I dislike paying for a problem. Must be month end because Sony wants to update this F@#$ing phone again.

I m very much disappointed with my sony xperia z plus dual phone bcz whenever i tried to update it couldn't be installed.... When i capture pic, camera hanged & then the phn must have to restart otherwise it doesn't work. When I using internet it often hanged... Just wanna throw it in garbage.. Wasted my money purchase it. I always loved picture quality & music system of sony.. Bt from now I never recommend anyone sony.

Sony m4 and other models. They want u to save crap online so people can hack u. U cannot move your apps around like u want...to free up space. U cannot play movies or music from a micro usb on the go anymore. Because they it's smarter to just load it up already and you cannot do anything about it. I cannot eve update new updates without deleting other apps. Yet i have 15gig free space. Sony p 2/3 years ago was way better then today's phones. Wake up Sony and don't be like iPhone

Agenda about total Sony mobile company..... My Sony experia mobile E5633 giving me a big stress is the experia system it's download but after downloading it doesn't install.... I did try six times to fix it but it doesn't...... We'll sell mobile or you can fix it for better.......

My phone is precisely 16month old and from last three days stopped responding. Any app to open takes hell lot of time or it gets hang. Today after factory reset and manually update to marshmallow it started behaving normally. But still responses r damn slow

Sony M4 Aqua dual is the worst phone i ever owned... It's a big punishment from sony to its users... Completely unstable... Sony purely cheating, by launching & selling such phones. Henceforth I will rethink 1000 times before purchasing any Sony Products... Very Cheap mentality Corporation.. Launching such products without testing...!

Since I got the update my phone frezzes, app don't run properly and I can't even adjust the volume anymore as it says internal error. This phone was bloody expensive and isn't that old. Except more quality

¤ I was really disappointed when I found out that Android Nougat will never reach Sony Xperia Z2!! I thought that the Sony phones Xperia update was unlimited. Please try to fix that. ¤ I prefer that you can hide your apps....

Sort out your software on sony. Its brutal phone is useless cant take pics without freezing n shutting down. At times go camera n its unresponsive. All Apps become unresponsive phone restarts or shuts off ill be leaving sony behind if not sorted

Worst update ever by sony... Hangs the phone and apps... Security Locks not working.. Battery life reduced... I had to factory reset my phone to work again.

This Xperia C4 has been the worst phone I have ever owned. WiFi locking up, phone locking up and rebooting itself, weak as all hell bluetooth that can't keep a connection (maybe related to that crap THROW, which always tries to come on and connect to nothing), all issues related to SONY. Too many problems to even bother trying to list them all. Dumping this phone in the next month and never touching Sony again.

I have never had a problem with data until I got this phone. Constantly updating, adding games I'll never play and the like. Headphone socket failed and cannot use the thing for listening to music. Just not happy.

Don't want it, don't use it, stuck with it anyway. If only I could uninstall all this Sony crap I never use, I could install more apps I actually want! I can't even disable the "what's new" app, it just auto updates whether I want it to or not! Stop forcing customers to use your junk Sony, my phone, my preferences.

Since this new date my phone keeps resetting itself several times a day. Takes ages to load back up too. I can't have YouTube on my phone anymore because the phone removes it. Fix this please!

What a mistake I made changing from HTC. The amount of crap apps on this phone eating storage and battery is crazy. 3 week old phone starts freezing and I can't do anything about it. Awful!

The worst phone Sony Xperia C5 ultra dual phone which I purchased in my life. Always strucks camera strucks, always I have restart the phone otherwise it won't. I wasted my money Rs.29990/-for this useless phone. I am the lover of Sony. But now onwards I don't recommend Sony to anyone. The world's bloody useless Sony brand. For for saying as brand. The worst company in the world. Don't purchase any Sony brand items.

every Cell have its Own Basic Simple File Manager But not in sony why...??m getting Soo much Trouble here Bcoz Others apps have contains Ads.. hated it. plzz Fix it

This app has a lot of potential and could've been a major selling point for Sony devices. But the lack of continuity, poor support on native devices and lack of remembering who the user is has turned me off this app.

Your firmware sucks. On marshmellow 6 - cant allow storage etc permissions to apps its bringing to screen overlay detected but even disabling ALL apps with acces to Draw over other apps I ie ADMIN cant grant to installed apps permission to Storage. WTF?

To take full advantage of this app you must be a retailer. That little tidbit should be in description. Thanks Sony for eating up some of my data package for nothing. Not to mention it is full of bugs.

Having a sony phone even makes it useless cause i can't use all the sony apps. Please add Kenya to your countries

Since thw new update have bloody auto WiFi bring up adds all the time and cannot control when. What noise off.

I never use it, I'm forced to install for using basic stuff on the phone I've paid for.

So many useless apps that I want to uninstall because they just eat up my internal storage.

If I can't uninstall the app then you deserve less than a star. You shouldn't force your customers

I'm using M5 model I think it's a good smart mobile phone, I've used lots of training and useful App with no problm.

This is my last Sony phone .. Really trouble phone.. Update new android will cause phone lacking, no latest anroid software available, bluetooth connecting alot issues-sometimes work only, sometimes incoming can't pick up, system really louisy. Really disappointed to SONY

Sony z3 compact is a really good phone, but why have Sony put so many apps on their phones that are no use whatever & then make them un installable?
