Tide Spin: Laundry & Dry Cleaning On-Demand

Smooth and easy. Put the bag on my porch, got a notification when they picked it up. They returned it two days later neatly folded and in a bag I can use in the future. It was raining when they returned it, so the driver called me to tell me he arrived so I could come get it. Did make me wonder what he would have done if I hadn't been home - whether he had a plastic bag or something to protect the clothes. But for now, everything was great.

This app is the best dry cleaning program I have tried. My dirty laundry gets picked up on time and comes delivered perfectly folded and smells great. I highly reccomend you to use Tide Spin for your next load of laundry! Tide Spin is such a time saver for me. Before Tide Spin, I used to spend hours cleaning my clothes. Now I just have to put my clothes away in my drawers.

Tide Spin is very timely and they do great work. On the very rare occasion a problem arises (VERY rarely), their customer service is extremely quick to refund or do whatever it takes to make the situation right.

I always do wash & fold laundry service but usually drop it off & pick it up myself. With Tide's new service I am able to just have it picked up from home during a 2 hour window. I've used it once so far (and have it scheduled again for next month) and they came on time, were communicative and everything was nicely cleaned & folded. The app itself works smoothly, you're able to schedule your times and check statuses of the cleaning on it.

Used the service twice. The first time I used the 2-hour window, which was great. Service was timely and they left me with a Tide laundry bag for future orders. The second time I used the 8-hour window, which also worked seamlessly. Great service and very convenient. Reasonable prices to boot.

The app is a bit on the rough side, but the service was professional. Would use again!

Great service. Picked up and dropped off at the doorman on time and everything is cleaned perfectly and pressed. No complaints! They even replaced a button for me that fell off one of my shirts. And the pricing is comparable to other dry cleaners in the city.

This app is the best! Every time I send out my order to be cleaned it comes back perfect. All you have to do is leave the bag that they give you with your doorman and they pick it up and return it for free. Easy to use app that gives you pricing and lets you pick between wash/fold or dry cleaning. I am so happy that my building decided to use this service.

I had a great experience using Tide Spin! They picked up my comforter and had it back to me in two days. I just had to drop it off and pick it up from my doorman. The app is a little clunky, they really should integrate with PayPal or allow Google to auto input CC info. I didn't like that I wasn't sure how much it was going to cost until they performed the service but I'm sure other places are like that as well. I'll likely use them again, you can't beat the convenience.

It worked well. Was nervous about dropping off clothes for the first time. But they texted often with updates. Price was definitely competitive too unlike other posts

Converted from washio to tide spin - love everything about it. Clothes are always perfect (can only speak to wash and dry but have had clothes, towels and comforters all come back perfect), and they send a text when they pick up and drop off, and no delivery fee. Recommend it to everybody.

App is a solid three (3) stars; pricing is far too high compared to similar services in Chicago resulting in ultimate two-star rating.

Uninstalled when I got a pop-up ad while trying to register. It's more than an annoyance, it's a UX nightmare. Unless you're going to give me prizes without needing to register first there should NEVER be anything that takes a user out of the registration process. While you're at it, this is on the google play store, enable Google SSO, ffs.

Interested in trying the service but I can't even type in my email address on the signup screen... The keyboard just immediately disappears.

I couldn't enter my phone number. I tried signing up with Facebook and non Facebook and the app kept closing my keyboard before I could type the required phone number.

Great service, terrible app. Extremely annoying to require log in every time it opens. Can't see payment method until checkout.

I see trucks near my house and at my laundromat but the app says I am not in the service area. Can't reset my password either

Pickup and drop off of dry cleaning and/or wash and fold laundry. Their customer service is excellent and the clothes come back and look great. Highly recommended!

They fixed the login issues.

Crazy heavy starch that ruined a shirt, incorrectly creased pants, wrinkled clothes on every attempt like someone was wearing them out for the night. Do yourself a favor and stay away. This service is complete and utter garbage.

Can't get beyond the registration process because it won't accept an address. This would make sense if I lived on a dirt road somewhere, but I live in a large building in Chicago. I actually picked up a referral card from a tide guy handing them out in our lobby.

Tried to enter my address and just get a generic validation error saying that an Address is needed. Poorly coded app :(

Keeps on telling me address invalid.
