After the last update it no longer works

I can't even access this app... Asks for my number on the phone it's installed on and and it won't accept the number.

This app is big brother and horrible privacy infringement. I strongly recommend uninstalling unless you like having your every move recorded including: Location, Calls, Texts and more.

It pops up at random and never starts correctly leaving my screen black until I clear it from recently used apps list. My job doesn't make use of this so I am going to delete it as soon as I finish writing this.

Reports false speeds constantly on our note 5 they can not figure out why

But... It only works as well as the information is put in. The ability to "one click" to call customer and location switch to Google maps is great.

Poor quality loses you all the time.

Helps get the day scheduled. Does it work on the Note 5? Close to time to upgrade this device.

VERIZON WIRELESS was totally unprepared to support this application. It does appear to have a well founded concept but no one at "Verizon" has any knowledge of the product and getting support is impossible. It is not intuitive and sink or swim at best

After removing FFM, I still receive 2 texts from this every 70 minutes!! How do I stop this??

I mean really seriously app is whack

It is really annoying bc it CONSTANTLY sends alerts. It never works, always force shuts down, so that's double the alerta. No. Just no. Uninstalled.1 star for the good idea lol.

App is very limited. Unable to assign multiple people to work on large jobs for numerous days. Would be nice to have a MANAGER APP to monitor and assign new jobs to FFM workers from phones and not be tethered to the Web version. Huge battery hog.

Nope don't USE it BETTER APPS OUT THERE FOR FREE THAT WORK 10X BETTER. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND FIND A HIGH QUALITY APP THATS MUCH MORE EFFICIENT!!!!!

Crashes all the time, drains battery, useless

I get notifications for jobs, I can save locations. Occasionally I complete a job and it will not delete from my phone..and it does drain battery a little more than before. But it saves paperwork and I don't have to pull over and write down info .

Even when auto delete from jobs bogged down memory on phone. Very glitchy. Hit and miss whether it works or not. It does drain battery but the trade off is worth it for the company

Wont even stay open on my phone for my whole shift!

Unreliable

Always opens up saying error with gps! Annoying and drains my battery! Everyone in my company has same problem, fix it!!!

Need something to let us know our time and expenses went through. Have no way to track them.
