I have failed to understand why do the app makers need access to photos and videos of the device. What kind of forced spying is this? Some bloody hackers or cunning bastards r sitting behind to monitor pplz activities and our personal pics n data?? Who has given them this right? I am seriously going to sue them for this forced cyber crime of spying.

EXTREMELY POOR device support. In case of fault with the device, company never bothers to support on time. U keep calling them for weeks and no support at all. device seriously lacks Bluetooth Signals strength. You have to be VERY close to the device ( within 2 meters only) to be able to pair with it. This device should have a WiFi built-in that will help access it from anywhere in the home.

The product is just useless as it only changes the heating level. I have better idea, use a low heat and thats it. Vola ....the motorised setup assumes that pilot is ON ALL THE TIME. If the gas loadshedding happens you still have to reignite it.. They dont mention it anywhere (THIER NAME JALBUJH is a lie. It should be low heat-high heat). Also THERE IS NO SECURITY.....Meaning when I turn on the app I see three jalbujh and I can chnage anything I want. NO PASSWORD REQUIRED TO CONTROL SOMEONE ELSES HARDWARE.

While the idea itself is good, both the device and the app have many flaws. Low Bluetooth signal is one. Inability to set up a plan when not connected to any device is another. Other issues include the app getting stuck at retrieving plan from device. All these issues require a service call which is inconvenient and costly to both the developer and consumer. Also missing is any contact information in the app for service calls. Developer please take note and fix these issues.

Great job by the team, and a brilliant product (Jal Bujh). Some UI improvements should make the app easier and fun to use.
