For the ZuluDesk MDM client to work correctly on Android 5, it is necessary to become a 'device owner'. To be able to do this, you will need a second Android device with the capability to send NFC commands. You will install this application on this second Android device.

Enrollment of ZuluDesk on Android 5 can only be done during the installation of the device (e.g. directly after a factory reset). When you boot up the device for the first time, you will see the setup wizard. Don't fill in the forms, because at this time you can use the ZuluDesk Android Deployment app on your second device to send the NFC command at this time. Just start the deployment app and hold the backsides of the 2 device against each other. The second device should give a notification sound and you have to tap the display to start the process.
