DataBox - Custom forms

DataBox allows you to collect information with the structure you have created. Most probably you have used applications that show many details and can even get you confused. Would it not be easier to be able to choose just the information needed?. DataBox allows you to create your own templates and use them to save the information in a tidy way.

How does it work?
Create a DataBox, introduce a name and assign an icon.
Define the content of the DataBox with the columns you want to collect.

- What kind of columns can i use?
You can use some kinds of columns:
Text: This field allows you to introduce any kind of text
Numerical: This field allows you to introduce numerical values
Email: This field allows you to introduce an email address and send a message
Phone number: This field allows you to introduce a phone number and make a phone call
Website: This field allows you to introduce a website and open it using a navigator
Image: This field allows you to insert an image from your camera or your gallery
Video: This field allows you to insert a video from your camera or your gallery
Audio: This field allows you to record an audio or select one from your device
List: This field allows you to indicate the potential values of the field. When it comes to introduce the information you will only be able to select one of these values
Date: This field allows you to introduce dates, times and add alarms
Coordinates: This field allows you to select a location from the map
Section: You can create templates inside another templates through this type

You can show your DataBox in different ways: In a list, a map, a calendar and a gallery.

- Other funcionalities
You can share your DataBox with another users, including the data that you have collected.
You can do backups of your DataBox.
You can create shortcuts of your DataBox in your desktop.
