Reminds me to charge my secondary SIM mobiles which usually are standby. Some more development would be necessary though. For example the battery level at which the email is triggered and the frequency of battery level check should be user defined.

While certainly an easier option than the Tasker way, I would never trust a 3rd party app with my google password even though it says no special permissions.

Works exactly as described, send an email when the battery is low. I just wish it had the ability to include location, similar to Lookout's signal flare.
