If your Phone Or Tablet is not suitable for this app or you occur Failure like cant open your usb or appli. Crushing my be your device is not compatible to this app the only solution is buy a new device that has OTG Support and for sure you can use this but I not telling that your device is broken but you just telling that your device does not Support OTG So bottom line ENJOY YOUR DEVICE W/OUT OTG BECOUSE YOUR DEVICE IS MADE FOR YOU TO ENJOY W/OUT PUTTING A USB. just making sense Don't froceDeviceORitBroken

Before rooting my phone, I went to check the website given in the 'read more' section of the Google Play app listing, but no devices are mentioned. Of you click the google link on the website, the document isn't found. Dev, can you fix those preliminary issues and/or reply to this review to let me know if the Samsung Galaxy Core Prime is supported - thanks.

The playstore page says the device needs USB mass storage support, which I have. The XDA page says I need OTP support, which I don't have. Also outputting debug info is compressed to tgz format, instead of plaintext. Also I'm never donating to send you debugging information, that's just theft IMO. You didn't work for that money...

While the phone sees the attached flash drive this silly app says "nope no drive there".It constantly pops up every 3 seconds and interrupts anything Im doing .I just uninstalled it.You dont need it.the Android OS,at least 5.0,can do all it claims to do but cant.

I used this app with OI File Manage app and with my 2 TB External Harddisk and it work very well. Remember that for Ext HDD you need to have Y cable and a power bank for its supplies.
