Uplink

Won't let you stay logged in so you have to enter your user name and password every time. Such a hassle. Our phones are already password protected!

It was fine until they took away the option to arm stay or away. Useless to me now. Automatically arms away, and my cats set it off. Why on earth would you REMOVE functionality with an update?

You have to keep putting in your email and password every time you want to lock or unlock your front door which is bologna a very bad security issue especially getting out of the car going up your driveway at night you can't even see the app and then you have to stop and put in code words and email addresses why don't you update this

Needs the option for arm away or stay (currently just had stay) and needs fingerprint log on to make sign in easy and secure.

There's a workaround for the password issue. Check the "keep me logged in" checkbox when you login. Then, never exit the app. Just task swap away (press your home button). Leave the app running in the background. You'll never have to enter your email and password again - even after turning your phone off!

Doesn't load....even when loaded, arming disarming doesn't work and gets timed out....

App had stopped working so emailed via the link below. Received a personal email back explaining things and even a follow up email when the update was ready. I'm back in business!

Worked fine until today then just stopped. I've logged out and uninstalled. Nothing works.

Worked fine a year ago. The last 2 updates really messed this app up.

It only had to do two things: Arm the alarm and disarm the alarm. Yeah, I wish it did more, like enable "stay" mode when I'm home at night. But now it doesn't do anything. It sits at the "loading" prompt until android offers to mercy-kill it. I tried rebooting, uninstalling, rebooting, lighting incense... Nothing, it's dead and not coming back.

We have been using the app for almost 2 years. At first it was limited, but somewhat convenient. Now the app refuses to load at all on either my Galaxy Note 4 or my wife's LG G4 - it just spins. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing to no avail. I am not sure if the developer has abandoned the app, but even for free it is not worth the time and effort to download.

I don't mind the simple functions of the app but I haven't been able to load it in weeks. Basically paying Smith Thompson $7 a month for nothing

So disappointed in this app that I'm even considering trading or switching to different security system I want to be able to control it from my phone

Used to work up until a few days ago on Galaxy S5 and S6. Now when launching it just sits at "Loading" and never gets any further.

You have to wait to much time to see if the alarm is on

It works 90 of the time. Not 100 Percent Accurate.

As stand-alone cellular comunicator it works fine, as far as uplink remote service goes I think there well behind the eight Ball. The only functionality it has is arm and disarm/ no bypass features.

Worked 50% at first, then couldn't recognize my password or sign in. Completely useless now.

I've had more alarms set off because this app crashes in the last five months than in the 15 years Ive lived in my home. It just spins and spins and doesn't work. Security company says it's uplink remote tech issue and uplink remote says it's security company issue. Recently switched alarm companies but will be switching again soon bc this app is terrible
