About Side-by-Side File Manager
Side-by-Side makes it easy to copy, move, rename, and delete files and folders. Can copy entire folders at once. Works with internal and external SD cards and USB sticks.
To go to a folder click on the folder name. To go back one level touch the Folder Up icon at the top.
To select/deselect a file, click on the checkbox. Selected files have a red background.
To copy selected files from one folder to the other use the left or right arrow buttons.
To add a favorite folder touch the Heart+ icon. To see your favorites touch the Heart icon.
Long Press on any file or folder name for a menu of functions.
The PRO version adds the ability to do wireless file transfer between Androids, and between Androids and PCs.

there should be a way to select files in one column only if they are not present in the other column, and to invert the selection too (then also a delete button). also, doesn't explain what the difference is between the two columns... they are both /sdcard/ but one is Local Storage... a bit mysterious what that means
