About Shadow - Kid's Key Logger
Shadow is a monitoring android application which is specially developed for the parents. Shadow will also help you when one of your friend ask for your phone to use for ten minutes,but you don't trust him or her.
So what can you do is, You can simply activate SHADOW and give phone to your friend. When he/her return your phone again ,you can check that whether he or she did an unnecessary/inappropriate things on your phone. SHADOW will record every key event he or she made during that time including very useful info such as Applications he used,Time they use them, key events and etc.
For the parents, What they can do is they can install this app on kid's phone and activate SHADOW and later on parents can check what are the things done by kids during that period. The things in the sense what are the key events they used. Did they search garbage on internet? or Did he/she texting to someone whole the time he/she supposed to study?
There's a small guide in app itself. Refer below if you face some difficulties.

it will log some of the things you type but not everything. if i go twitter and search it doesnt capture what i type, which renders this useless. may have something to do with rooted apps, idk, just they are lying about the products functionality flat out

Me and my fiance share a phone simply because hes a dinosaur so he just uses mine (ours) when he needs it. Recently hes become more tech savvy and a bit secretive. All of sudden he was the guy with the phone in his hand constantly and "dont read over my shoulder" Now we've always been trustworthy of each other but however i did get suspicious so i had an idea, my idea led me to this app. After 1 view of my fiances convos relieved me tho, hes learning to use fb with his buddies lol. It is very useful.

The keyboard gives it away. We should be able to change the keyboard, and make it the default keyboard of our device. Please then 5 stars surely

The developer is really great. But would haven given 5* if the keyboard wasn't a mess, keyboard lacks o many important features. Please update it. I would even love to purchase a paid version of it but only if it was perfectly working.

Gives an error saying I haven't activated simpleIME....but I have. It won't activate. So helpful.

1st key logger app I have seen that actually logs all keystrokes. Unfortunately it requires a different keyboard that is quite unique to say the least. I am looking forward to trying out the updated version after reviewing this app because it will make it worthwhile.

it is useful but u have confusion u change keyboard to simple ime and u set passwords and passwords and fb passwords and account number are saved in shadow app

it is good aaps . i like it but this aaps have one small problem that is this apps keyboard have not all symbole like dollar sign percentage underscor and many more . why i write this sign name because here is not that sign in keybard so try to fix this. thank you

It's a great idea especially if u get it on a new phone. The problem is that the keyboard changes completely and a bit fiddly too. If one get used to a different input wouldn't want to change for this. If it could run under any sort if input method I would even pay for it.

The dev has several failings in this app. one the teview app doesnt send you to the paage just to google play home page, 2 2.0 was not found and 3 it refused to recognize i was using its keyboard

tells me i have to set it in input even though i have. keyboard is weird. Eventually got it to work but when i hid view log it just opens 4shared, upon manually grabbing the files i was told i didnt have an app to read it

it works as claimed.....serves me well..but i wish we can stil use our old keypad...the simple keypad used is just annoying,lacks so many features.......otherwise this apl is really great !

First off the keyboard is terrible and annoying. Second it keeps saying online mode can only be used with shadow v2.0 and then it takes you to google play store but theres no shadow v2.0 app to download. Good part is i was able to see the log and what was typed into the phone including passwords and messasges, but now it wont work and when it did its in a weird layout, even shows when you delete words so thats cool. HOW DO YOU DOWNLOAD SHADOW V2.0!?

Functions as stated. A very good and helpful app. Would have given 5 stars if not for the virtual keyboard's characteristics. It takes too much space in the screen. The placement of keys and the design gives it all away even to a kid. I am inclined to rate it 5 stars on improvement of keyboard. I have already shared info about this app to some of my friends because of its usefulness.

It works but sometimes its telling me I didn't turn the settings on that it needs to work when I did over and over again. Other then that everythings good.

for those who cant get the ime keyboard to change go out of the app and go change it in your settings close app open restart if have to it will work does what it say but having to use the simple keyboard for it work so say if you were trying to catch someone cheating on you most would not like the keyboard and at the bottom right of my phone you can switch to google keyboard really easy and when you do it stops recording the keys so its great for what it is would be perfect if worked with google keyboard

Your keyboard style is a bit doubtable so if u would change it as the normal aosp keyboard style then it would be great pleasure ........ Hope u will do soon ..... :)

This is a great app it's easy to use and follows key strokes but it would be if they you could use your default keyboard yours is just a little tall and wired made

I'm happy for the fact that it actually works, but overall the app is poorly designed with a crappy keyboard. Barely any symbols are supported, and although it is one of the most convenient quick solutions, using it can actually sometimes get a bit cumbersome. On the plus side though, it's got an in built password protection feature, which I would expect anyways, but still should be mentioned cuz it's good that you don't have to install a third party lock.
