Сервер под Windows можно скачать здесь: http://alexmj.net.ua/projects/pcremote/Setup.exe (без него, приложение не будет работать).

Приложение, которое позволяет перезагрузить, перевести в режим сна, выключить, заблокировать или же регулировать громкость вашего компьютера(с помощью боковых клавишь громкости на смартфоне).

Как это работает?
1) Установите приложение-сервер на ваш компьютер, работающий под Windows - http://alexmj.net.ua/projects/pcremote/Setup.exe (Добавьте приложение в исключения вашего брандмауэра https://msdn.microsoft.com/ru-ru/library/cc736438(v=ws.10).aspx)
2) Установите данное приложение на смартфон или планшет.
3) В приложении введите IP адрес вашего ПК, и подключитесь к нему. (при запуске программы-сервера на компьютере, вы увидите нужный IP адрес для подключения)
4) Готово!:)

ВНИМАНИЕ!
Для корректной работы приложения, нужно чтобы ваш смартфонпланшет, находился В ОДНОЙ сети с компьютером, которым вы хотите управлять. Если вы сидите "за" маршрутизатором(роутером), и хотите управлять своим пк через мобильный интернет, тогда вам нужно пробросить порт в настройках роутера, а именно порт #9990 на ip вашего компьютера. Внешний IP, вы так же можете посмотреть в админке роутера.
