I can boot my laptop, check my account and switch it off again before this app decides to work. Very poor. Oops...something went wrong (again!). Try Later. I don't think so. Deleted.

I can never log in. Always the same message saying "Oops something went wrong" It's clear from the reviews that customers have been complaining about this for months but it seems like nothing is even being attempted to rectify it. Very poor show
It's too easy to accidentally cut off access to social media. And then what? I have to prove who I am to get full internet access back. The form is difficult to fill out because it doesn't scroll, so most of the boxes are covered by the keyboard, leaving you to guess what you've entered. AND THEN you want to contact Equifax. OK. But you want details ABOUT MY EXPIRED AND CANCELLED FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS FROM OVER A DECADE AGO - which is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! I've be a customer for 15 years. I AM over 18!
What a load of rubbish. EE are quick enough to take our money but couldn't be bothered to sort out their App. Honestly, how much work would it take?
The only thing I like is the data usage indicator. Its easy to read, shows remaining data and how long I have left, why aren't my call extras shown this way? I tried to review from the "rate" option from the menu, but it transferred to the play store page and lost my comments. It often says it can't detect my sim, even when WiFi is off, which it can't detect, and I have to log in. It doesn't show my roaming charges. Even the scroll up/down is dodgy, especially when using the keyboard. In short, very poor.
Why create a new app which doesn't work when the old EE app was fine. I can't log in, it doesn't recognise my SIM or Orange number. A waste of time!
Can't recognise my details even though I can log in through my browser, even changed my password to make sure I was inputting it all correctly. Waste of time much better when it was just the EE app with everything rolled into one uninstalling for now!
Fails to show my data allowance when connected to either 3G or wifi. Would guve it zero stars until they fix this fundamental flaw.
Wow. Good job guys. It won't even let me log in. Just like everybody else. Error. Error. Same thing happened when I installed it last month- and the month before. I was rather hoping EE would have rectified the problem by now. I must remember not to waste my time with this again. How the app has a review score as high as 2.8 is beyond me. Unusable.
OOPS something went wrong, try latter is all you ever get..EE puts the app in Crap!!!! Thank the lord I have left EE I can no longer stand such a rubbish company. I am now back with O2 & happy again
Only the 'Orange Shop' is less interesting 1) Can NEVER get connected without daft error msg. on mobile net, s-times WiFi. 2) Never recognises my Nano SIM. 3) Cant even list allowance properly: Shows I have data left 1000Gb, when it is in fact 1000Mb! Fools 4) Web topup goes through several logins and wastes your life doing it (phoning topup line quicker, in fact watching paint dry is quicker!) 5) Full of useless pics & info links to no-where 6) Runs all the time in process memory 7) Rename Orange to LEMON!
New app same as the old app except I somehow managed to enable a safe browsing mode accidentally, but it needs a credit reference to put me back to normal
That is being polite. We've listened! We've made apps for tmobile orange and ee! You should be prosecuted under the trade description act. Didn't work and now you have more apps that don't work. Keeps kicking me out, whoops error web page not available. Give up. Who are all the people giving 5* are they ee employees?
Fails to acknowledge that there is a sim in my phone and won't let me log in & on the odd occasion that it does log in data is usually missing - rubbish and annoying. Surprisingly putting a T mobile & Orange logo on doesn't seem to have fixed the problem!!!
One of the worst apps ever. Unfortunately it is needed to find out how much data etc you have left. EE really should redo this app and make it work.
Complete waste of time, same as EE in all honesty. App constantly says you have the old version, click to download updated app, app says you have latest version. Fully closed down, try to open and says same thing. Waste of time, come on EE sort your app developers out, would never recommend the company or the software.

Every time I try to log in it says I have the wrong information when I can log in online with the same info. The old app worked really well, font understand why we had to download a new one that doesn't work.

I have a t-mobile plan and EE broadband. Trying to get an app to show me usage and billing for both accounts is impossible. This is a Poundland mobile and broadband operator! Third world mobile operators I have used have miles better apps.
Yes, I have to use it with t mobile. Do I want to? No. What's up with the scrolling guys?!
Every time app is started it displays the message 'SIM not detected'. Funny, because other apps can read off the SIM just fine. (SG S4 I9505)
As usual can't seem to use all features, can't log in as it tells me it's unavailable at this time. With Orange for over a decade but since EE got involved hate it. Will be finding another provider as soon as contract finishes.
This use to work and I liked it, but now it just doesn't seem to be able to see my sim.
The new MY EE App is useless & every time I go in to it I can't access my account. I went in to the old MY EE APP App & it said this app is out of date & to update it or download the new one which I have done but still no joy & going around in circles. Sort it out otherwise I'll just uninstall the new one & just access my account online. I wouldn't even give this new App 5 stars.

My basic need is to check my remaining allowances which it does tell me however sometimes it says thighs like 609 days remaining until end of this months cycle...however I know my billing date so its not a problem.
All I want to do is view previous bills and I can't seem to find how to do that. Scrolling doesn't work right either

Don't know wtf ee are playing at, their apps have been terrible for years, a monkey could have genuinely created a better application in the same time..
Pretty much whatever I do results in oops something went wrong or it not loading the page. When it is quicker to use the website on my Galaxy Note 2 than to use the app on the same device then I call the app crap. Uninstalling.
Why doesn't this work? Won't let me log in...doesn't recognise my sim....total rubbish....never had problems with the 'my orange' app...please sort so I can check my usage!!!

It keeps asking me to download when I had downloaded and updated several times.

This app that EE made does not let u login. Scroll down read the rest then you will see the ratings. The 1star is bigger than 5! Really EE I thought you were better than this. :/
I have a nexus 5 on android 6 marshmallow. Works just fine. No idea why there are so many 1* reviews....
