Does not showing booster that I currently have,EE doesn't care anymore about Orange/T-Mobile users,online acc and this app does not working properly and I guess never will till everyone move to EE
Ugly, but used to work OK. However since the split into two apps, which ridiculously did not inherit the previous user settings, refuses to accept a login both on my original Galaxy S4 and my 3 day old S7 Edge; despite multiple password resets.
Awful, awful app. I've lost count of the number of times I've had to reset my account because it doesnt recognise my details. Im even thinking of changing my service provider because this app is so poor. Call me fickle.
Can't even get registered. Put in my number which is ticks as correct put in the stupid code. Then says the submission is invalid
I have to enter a pin to open the app, then turn of wifi (it doesn't work on wifi!) then enter my phone number and a password! It doesn't recognise my phone no? What is this - fort knox?
App + and website not working and because i check my bill online that means you can charge whatever you like as no way unless asking for a itemised bill to check my balance. PLEASE FIX IT.
T-mobile steal your money seconds after you top up and disguise it as 'gprs calls' even when mobile data is disabled. Bunch of scammers
Jittery scrolling and a very poor interface. Showed no data usage information so was useless.
Its useful but could be so much better. Get good developers - Why not employ some young innovative game programmers ,they will sort it out. Your aim should be to always use the latest ideas that technology allows.
Locked out of account. Have to put way too much information every time including illegible lengthy capta pictures. Already p*ssed as went through 30 minutesunsuccessfully with the other my ee app only to find out wasn't for tmobile customers. 6 months ago scammers easily cancelled my account using the phone line and dob so why is this so ridiculously over secure
Only shows itemised calls NOTHING else. In 2016 paygo users still have to call/text 150 to monitor their usage/remaining credit/allowance. A large company such as EE needs to do something better. App is waste of space EE probably will NEVER read this review
1/2 a star. Poor user experience. Poor interface. Graphics are woeful. Difficult to navigate help topics. Rarely gives the answer i need. Tries to bounce me to a browser version of myEE but then takes me through loads of login & security details. I'm not sure if it's the genuine EE pages or a phishing site so I cancel the operation. I enjoyed writing feedback on the app that said it was awful and then it sent me here so i fit another chance to slam it! I don't recommend this app.
While within this app it invites you to rate it. So I rated it USELESS. when submitting my review of this WORTHLESS app within the app it then sent me here to the play store to write it again. A massive multimillion pound company with an app designed by a monkey. I wonder who signed this app off and said.." good work" who ever it was needs sacking quick.
Refusing to work. Keeps telling me to go back to the App store to download compatible version, which doesn't! The same App, and I notice it has a poor rating, appears and it's like a continuous loop achieving nothing. Very frustrating; like Groundhog day.
Had the old app on my kindle which worked perfectly, until it came to updating it and now can't use the new app. Not good EE please sort this out as I rely on it to top-up etc for my phone.
I installed and signed in without any problems; may be because I already have an Orange account, so did not have to go through the new sign up process. I don't understand a tip message asking to turn off WiFi in order to see more usage details; I did not bother because I thought it may use up my low pre-paid credit or data allowance. Have not tried top up using the app, may not want to.
Every time I try to log in it tells me that service is unavailable. Come on, get a grip and make your services work for once. Or do you just ignore the bad comments about the services that you charge us for?
Too much guff not enough functionality stick with the horrible Web site. Orange used to be such a great brand but since EE it's no wonder GiffGaff is mopping up.
you can't remain logged in, you can't top up and you can't find out usage statistics. app literally does nothing
Not sure bout app yet just downloaded it and told wait few hours before try log in.I been t mobile customer 9 years.and I always use my phone power my laptop net and tv.I am on a unlimited net with no fare usage policy and download heavy.was gonna do home broad band and go 4g but ee said t mobile no more.and said they still deal with t mobile but they no longer exist.they said the 4g ee is not unlimited like my t mobile.so after being out of contract reduced my monthly to much lower and stay t mobile.
Always saying Try Later. Orange old app was perfect and more easy to find the info you wanted, I don't know why they changed it. It does not work in real time, so it doesn't help to work out your usage from one day to another.it's just like the rest of ee poor quality. Do I need to say more!
This app is horrendous! If u forget ur password, it ask u to confirm ur details then says they don't exist.. use ur mobile number... still doesn't work! Useless.
Conveniently locks you out when you need to check usage, tells you to text a number to buy additional Data and surprise that doesn't work either, can't wait to leave EE and T mobile,
The app doesn't seem to be able to store my credentials and as I have so many passwords I end up using the website on my PC instead as my browser remembers who I am. All of which makes this app next to useless.
Apart from stating my name at the top when I sign in, there is no other aspect that works. I can not see allowances or bills........um.....I could do that years ago on the t mobile app really easily. I have to wonder if they are making it deliberately useless so people use more than their allowances and have to pay extra?Time to switch phone provider I think.
Accessing application is fine but on each occasion you get the same request to up grade to the new improved version. A glitch as each time the down load does nothing newer
What an abysmal effort by T-Mobile. Text is unreadable, limited to the point of being useless. Greedy corporates that won't invest in their product pay the price ultimately.
Gives balances that are inaccurate, often saying there is data, calls etc left wen the reality is its all been used. Refreshing just repeats the same balance.
App DOESN'T work but then I guess it's in your interest EE to prevent allowance checking. Galaxy S5 can't log in or do anything with it despite following your unhelpful misnamed 'help' section.
Same complaint as everyone else on here... Doesn't show my data add-on allowance. Exactly the same problem I had on the ee app. Running Galaxy S3 on payg. Edit:- Now running this app on my payg Samsung Galaxy S5 and still have the same problem, not displaying bought allowances :-( only showing credit............................

Just won't login. Enter wrong details it shows error message. Enter correct details, says service not available!
App does very little. Information it does show is inaccurate and unhelpfully organised. My remaining data figure is always wrong for example, as it doesn't add together my total allowance. No access to bills.
Wasted lots of time trying to view my account and usage, kept being redirected to various sites and still can't access anything. For a communications company this is a very poor effort. 1 star rating is being generous.
Terrible, Doesn't allow me to reference my plan SMS or call allowances, or see how much allowance is remaining for the month. Is this really the best EE / T-mobile could do.....
Same as other users. Long term probs make this app pointless. Better off using website to check balance/usage.
Nuke it and employ real coders. This app is deplorable, I can't even access last months itemised bill to see why I was overcharged, so that info is gone with the wind. Even when typing and editing a feedback message the screen is flying up and down because they haven't factored in keyboard screenspace. EE makes money hand over fist and doesn't even take the time to sit down and make a decent app after years of this joke. It IS broke and DO try to fix it.
Considering EE is a phone company, this app is terrible. It is slow, uses Gingerbread-esque animations and follows no Android design guidelines. Extremely disappointing.
What a inconsistent unresponsive unintelligible piece of crap. Slow to load doesn't remember login and doesn't show calls on payg only balance.
Haven't been able to log on at all! Do the password reset and no email arrives. Only gave it 1 star as couldn't give it 0. Hate it and going to uninstall!!!!!
