The ScottishPower YourEnergy App allows you to control your energy at your fingertips. Managing your dual fuel, gas or electricity account has never been easier.

You can change your tariff, manage your monthly direct debit payments, enter your gas and electricity meter readings and keep track of your gas and electricity usage with your smartphone on the go. This means you could save time, energy and energy costs - and always be in control of your ScottishPower account. ScottishPower Connect customers can also remotely control their heating via the app.

I had bugs a few days ago you released an update and its running smoothly now. Outdoor temp is working again my connect is working again so am impressed within days you have fixed bugs in the app. Now all i need for you to get 5star is for you to move my connect account currently on an old closed account to my active elec and gas account. So i dont have to log into 2 seperate accounts to manage my energy and connect console

Allows you to log in to the app and apply for expensive boiler care but does not allow a user to use the "connect" facility to enable them to connect with their smart meeter/boiler control. Similarly internal temperature cannot be accessed as "connect" is constantly unavailable.

It's OK but there are some login issues like it hangs a bit on login. I would like to see a widget so you can see your temperature constantly on your home screen and maybe have some functionality to quickly change the temperature in the widget

Not good and certainly not SMART! Very basic graph drawing app (not great on a phone screen!). It's happy to sell you boiler contract and other services but email contact via app usually fails or is not replied to. No way to actually change things like meter reading frequency. All-in-all a waste of government (our) money.

On the surface this looks a great app, however when i went to submit electricity meter readings via it i got a message saying that electricity meter reads must be 9 digits long & yet there is only space to enter 6. The website only has space for 8. I don't think this is very good for a company of this size. Having read through the reviews now i see this has been an issue for about 18 months now. This is really poor. I've emailed the developers and scottish power about this

DO NOT BUY CONNECT. Simply does not work. Havent been able to use the control from home feature at all. Scottish power are not helpful at all. I have had to make all the phonecalls. I havt once had a call back. I'll be wanting a refund if this isnt sorted soon.

Utter junk. Seasonal use keeps showing usage from ! to 2018! As I have yet to use any energy for this future span of time its not got any graphs. Daily charges now have empty days but it never catches up so is showing a lower charge for the month.

Poor app. Regularly crashes, regularly does not connect to connect system. Connect works on SMS text messaging which is poor, old, unreliable and slow technology. This is also open to security holes. For example if I text the phone numbers around the phone number allocated to my connect, I get responses back from that device, this means I can turn in random people's heating.

Would be nice to have a frost feature and different temperatures at different times. Very limited compared to nest or HIVE.

Trying to submit a reading for gas and electricity just doesn't ever seem to go through but then a message says something has gone wrong when I have entered the readings again another message comes up saying you can't enter more than 1 reading a day. I'm going to uninstall this app as it is to unreliable.

Never had a problem using the Scottish Power app. Worked flawlessly since started using it in March 2016. I only use it for submitting meter readings, direct debit management and reviewing energy usage though!
