UBL Digital App

UBL - I LOVE YOU UBL is the best Bank of Pakistan which provide most innovative service for their clients. Feel prove to be the Part of UBL Family for such a amazing Creation. Here May I suggest to you one things about this app which should be added in that, It request that Once we Log in after app require OTP password and but OTP should auto deducted by app itself and typing option must be lock, however, this thing surely increase the security features of this Digital App

Aoa. Really a great jump to the top with innovation and flexibility. Now best interface with best services. Two suggestions, pl provide free IBFT if using app. This will surely increase its use. Secondly exclusive menu for credit. Also provide USSD dialing code for phone banking like ufone *808#. It will ensure access to account even without internet.

No doubt it is wonderful app and very user friendly. But there is one drawback in it that after getting signed in one can get money transferred or bill paid without giving pin or transaction password. This flaws makes it more vulnerable. Your reply is half satisfactory. Why dont you give this option to user whether they want to develop transaction Password or try to generate new pin. Just login and anyone can shift money is miserable.

This is an amazing app, full of rich features , amazing graphics and of course speed of the app transactions...This is a real come back from UBL as most of us were so frustrated with the previous UBL app which used to open web pages inside it ... none of other bank has app like this , fully functional , u can do everything in your account which is possible with the pc web based interface ....thumbs up.. an keep up the good work ...

Intuitive and well-designed app. Web-based experience was not good but the developers of this app have really done a really neat job. Biometric login is what I needed and the graphical representation of the transactions is very good if you wanna see the big picture at a glance.

Its one of the super nice banking app i have ever encounter in my life upto now. Cant believes that Pakistani bank is so moderate this time. I am a oversees PK and i am sure we dont have this much nice banking app in Saudi Arabia even. UBL you are really tremendous i dont know why i kept my self away from this Bank from 1st bank account in HBL 2007 till last year. Guys really great work and this so amazing bank of Pakistani Brand we are having.

The industry standard for a mobile banking app. Years ahead of competition with a robust, modern and functional interface. A hundred time's better than UBL's previous Netbanking app which didn't even run on Nougat! Hats off to the developers for their efforts!

There is some problem with this app, you cannot access two different UBL account at the times, to access an other account one must have to reinstall the app & reconfirgure/ register the ubl account to the phone identity using one time passward OTP This makes it not a user friendly product & makes it vulnerable to transactions with absence of tpin code. however the new interface is good. Please address these to make it a perfect product for users.

Amazing app. But the screenshot of a bank transfer is disappointing. It doesn't even say UBL on top. Since I use my screenshots on the previous UBL app as receipts of sorts, the screenshot should have more information on it such as the recipients account number, branch and bank etc.

What a wonderful app this time introduced by UBL.. It's very fast and UI is very interactive.. Touch ID is a great feature in this app.. Carry on UBL by providing best services to its customer.. Together with you towards a word class Bank..

Mashallah. All the complains about old app has been removed. New app is awesome and best in industry now. Welldone. I think its most advanced app in history of Pakistan or may be of subconitent.

Unable to sign in using netbanking credentials. Keeps giving error to check login username and password. Whereas same username and password is working flawlessly on web netbanking site.

One of the best banking aap ever I used, perfect navigation, options switching and awesome graphics. Much better than previous aap ubl net banking.. love it

I could not signup for digital app as it take too long to verify OTP (one time password) and finally fails and asks to retry. bad app

Unbelievable! Appreciate this beautiful application and effort of developer. Great. Also remove previous one from play store as people still download previous one which is not working now.

Simple, touch friendly, great promotions, and all the options are available for basic e banking usage. Better keep updated with this level of experience.

How to register multiple accounts on this app. Apparently once you have registered one account it saves the info and does not allow logging into another account. Guide

This works perfectly it's been a lifesaver, I can have nothing in my checking, transfer immediately from my savings be able to make a debit payment less than a minute, it's a lifesaver.

Great app atleast better than the old one and i have samsung galaxy note 4 it has finger print but app doesnt show any touch id option please consider
