Inspection report

If you are tiered of filling out paper inspection report than this app is for you. Just fill out the part number, location, lot quantity, sample size and weather you accepted (Ac) or rejected (Re) the lot. And if you did reject (Re) the lot you can describe the reject. After that just email the report to whoever you want. It is that simple.
