Ardor Wallet

I made a deposit into the wallet but i rushed and did not use my payment ID. I contacted support and they responded quickly saying they would complete my transaction for me. 3 days passed so I contacted support again and got the same automatic response. It's been a week now and my transaction has not been completed as promised. I fear my ardr is gone for good help

Can't get it to sign in with my fb..on top off that I exchanged my bitcoin to ARDOR still haven't seen my ARDOR or get an answer from te h support..Sent the hash n all the info they need..Teher money still in limbo also..not happy

Massive scam app. DO NOT USE! Sent around 500 tokens to wallet address and have yet to see it. Directions very unclear on how to use the message id. Support is nonexistent. Sent them txid 3 days ago, and nothing but silence. Lesson learned, use official wallets from now on

garbage wallet, couldn't get a response to a problem i had with this app. it going on day 4 and not even a peep from customer service.... I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. Don't waste your time or cryptocurrency on this app its not worth it.

Scam. my tranction hash is 17251263397454297675. i sent 1697 Nxts from NXT to this ardor wallet about 2 days back. but amount still not received in my ardor wallet. where is my money

This wallet is not secure and they have free access to your wallet and can make transactions without your permission. I had 6500 Ardor in my wallet, then one day I receive a notification that they are gone and that a transactions has been made without my permission. In other words, you are not in control of your coins and they can take them from you at any point, which is what happened to me. Your Ardor will not be safe with this wallet and I advice people to avoid this wallet and look elsewhere to store their coins. Edit: In light of the reply from Ardor Wallet: it is still a security issue. Mistaken transactions or not, this shows that someone else, I.e. you, than me can access my wallet and make transactions/withdrawals from my wallet without my permission. T Edit number 2: This is not true, the transaction cannot have been cancelled on your end as it stated on my wallet that the transaction was confirmed and that my account balance was 6500 ardor. The only remaining option is that you can access my wallet and make withdrawals.

Terrible App ! Sent just over 1000 ardr assets to it and nothing has come in. Reinstalled it and now its telling me my password is wrong, go to rest password, says its sending an email to but nothing comes through !! All all bad app ! Don't use it ! Quick update been a couple back in Forth's with the tec team and I can see my ardr loading ! So good sign hopefully !

More than required confirmation have been completed still ardor not shown in my account. (UPDATE)- Finally funds in account after some push and pull. ????

Made a withdrawal for 460$. It has been stuck for over 24 hours. I just withdrew 47 cents and went thru no problem. Freewallet is stealing funds do not use UPDATE. now waiting almost a full 5 days for payment.no compensation for lost profits due to coins not moving. Never using this service again. Support is very ineffective and dont seem to care that much about important issues.
