App is great for submitting claims, had it working on my old phone. Doesn't work on my new phone (Sony Xperia). Crashes at log in. Haven't got it working for last half year.

It asks me to set a PIN every time I use the app. Never get to log on with the PIN, just with username/password. What's the story with the PIN?

Doesn't work, never even gets to login stage any more, just first loading screen then freezes, never seem to update

Easy to claim and easy to see how much I have left on my policy. Works great on the Pixel.

It used to work on my iphone 5 but it won't open on my Huawei which is new.

More simple and easier to use that my previous providers app (Bupa). Easy to load instant claims using photos of receipts. The other insurers should keep up with the Australian Unity app as it may have meant I wouldn't have needed to change providers. Well done AU.

Continually Crashes While Trying To Submit A Claim. Considering this is the only way to claim it is disappointing. Can you fix please.

Has a feature for lodging a claim by taking a photo. It's useless, as you frame up your photo over your receipt, take the photo, and then the app realigns it and ends up cropping the receipt so you don't get the entire thing in... the claim fails... you get no feedback as to it failing. Anywhere. The only way you find out if it has is to call up. It's utterly useless

Useless app. It reduces the quality of pictures so much that they become illegible. Then they send you a letter that they cannot process at this stage as your pictures are of low quality!!!!!!!!

The does not work! Cannot not even login. Message says cannot make claims on android. Should not be in app store.

Went to use it for the first time, took 1 pic then camera refused to focus to take another. So left the app took the pics required, went to load the 1st pic back in the app and it won't saying it's not a jpeg. Uninstalling and won't be using this supposedly easy and convenient quick way of claiming. Taking business elsewhere!

Useless - I get a message saying that extra can't be claimed by my android app... Can't login.

Can't login. Shows a message saying that the app does not support extras claims for my cover.

Can't log out and have to reset the phone to get out of the app. Uninstalled. Galaxy S3

Camera doesn't focus properly resulting in a week before a letter in the post to say my claim cannot be read. Disappointing

Every time I perform a function it logs me out. Sometimes it recognises me. Other times it doesn't. Has potential to be as good as the iPhone app but still has a loooooong way to go. Disappointed :-(

This looks like it would be a great app if they fix the login and exiting bugs.

Sometimes doesnt let me login even though details correct. Have to login to each separate section
