Have linked my RACQ account to the app to save time when buying movie tickets. However, have tried a number of times to actually purchase tickets and it goes to a blank red screen. Again and again and again. Please fix!

After it finally allowed me to log in and use the 'near me' feature when I selected something to buy tickets with all it did was go to a red screen. The only way I can get out is to hit the back button. This app is useless. I am guessing there was no in house testing done on it. Pretty poor app and surely the people that made it would be embarrassed with the way it is at the moment.

After purchasing movie vouchers, the screen pops up giving me the option to Download to device. After clicking "download", nothing downloads. Please fix.

So how exactly can we use the app if all I get is a blank page when I try to set up an online account... Tried a few times and also tried to say od forgotten password to see if anything would happen. Exactly the same. Redirects to a blank page that never loads....

When I browse through all of the discounts, there's heaps to choose from in my city- restaurants, reef trips, hot air balloons etc. But when I filter it for 'near me' apparently all I have to choose from is a wish gift card. Not easy to use and not helpful.

Unable to view my account or membership card. Trying to purchase through app but needs member number and details but if you've logged into the app you shouldn't have to fill this all in again. Can't view my account to get member number. Haven't recieved card due to issues at racq. App is very slow and sometimes doesn't load.

Not sure why it required so many permissions. Hopefully its for extra planned features. Prompts to enable notification each time you open the app, despite saying they can be turned off at any time After first logging in it loaded the fuel RACQ Fair Fuel Price as if it was part of the app, but It does not appear to be. This could be because I registered my account via the app? Would be nice if this was an actual feature Once loaded the membership card feature works offline which could be handy.
