I understand the app needing wifi and location. But why with latest update does it need to access my photos and know who I call? Can someone please tell me? I like the app otherwise.

Like others, this app shows vendors nowhere near me despite there being many that use skip. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache and data to no success. Waste of time

Love ordering through skip. It is very easy to get a quick coffee without small cash! And no annoying cardboard loyalty cards.

Great concept and well executed. Three things the app need for me to give it 5 stars: 1) Add PayPal as a payment option 2) The ability to order multiples of an item rather than having to create a new item each time 3) the ability to defer use of the free loyalty coffee. Let me explain the last one - I use the app personally and once a week I spot my team a coffee which my company reimburses me for. I don't want the free loyalty coffee being used up in the large order I place for the team but rather I want it to reward me for using the app all week.

Used it at the 2017 GP. Great idea and the app worked perfectly. However the organisation of the Skip line was a bit of a let down. The first time was brilliant, just walked up and beat a massive line but the next time it had all gone to pot. Had to wait 20 mins for a beer. Would have been faster to pay cash.. So that's what I did thereafter. Great idea, just needs the teething issues worked out at big events.

I use this daily on a Samsung S7 and have had zero issues. It keeps me signed in and remembers my favourites no issue. I literally order from my desk and walk straight down into my fav cafe where the barista hands me a freshly made coffee straight away regardless of how busy they are. Even over xmas, when I was stung by a couple of cafés not updating that they were closed in the app, a quick email to the team and the orders were cheerfully and swiftly removed from my account. Too easy!!

Great app! Have used it since September 2016 and have not had any serious issues. It does log me out occasionally but thought it was for security and once, it said the credit card didn't accept the purchase. Again, I thought it might be for security. Overall, love it

The idea of this app is to be quick. It signs me out so I have to sign back in all the damn time. I may as well just wait for my order. How unsurprising for Sensis not to "get it", the same people dumping a useless Yellow Pages on my doorstep even though I've said I don't want it.

Got told this by a lovely lady at the Melbourne cup this would skip the massive line. I left that line for a new massive line. No way to cancel my order to go back to the shorter, faster line

Five stars if you'd stop telling me it takes 13 minutes to complete a 3 minute walk. I walk fast but I'm not Usain Bolt. Not fixed. Dropping to three

I couldn't see where to buy food on the app but for picking up a coffee in no time at all it was amazing. I'll look through it properly next time

Very simple to use and was supported well by the purveyor of the coffee. I experienced it first at Qantas lounge in Sydney on my way home to Brisbane. It appears that all participants of the scheme are in NSW, but hopefully I will find there are/will soon will be outlets closer and more convenient to my home in Brisbane.

Worked perfectly first time. Placed my order 5 minutes beforehand and it was ready when I walked up to the cafe. Smooth as silk.

Very simple, nice-looking, easy to use app. Surprisingly good coverage through Brisbane CBD and suburbs. Can't wait to use it extensively to expedite lunch breaks.

Great if you work East of Parramatta. I live and work near Penrith and my nearest venue is almost 20km away.

Terrible. Places me a city over 600km away. No option to reset either.

Awesome idea made it a quick and easy service and i wasnt late for work i was in and out of there sippin on a lubly tasting caramel mochca to keep me energized for a morning

Finally there's a solution to the age old issue of trying to deal with overly cheerful Batista before you get your coffee. Amazing stuff!

I've been using it for 2 weeks now and have told several friends about it. However on my Galaxy S6 it just randomly lost all my details. I've had to set it up again (card details etc) and have lost my countdown to a free coffee. Although it does remember which promo codes I have previously used. :/

Good app, i use it when im in a hurry. Would be helpful to be able to edit the "my regulars" comments/ order. But this is only a minor thing and otherwise a good app.

Ice coffee needs a decaf and a with/without cream option. The app has the frame skip problem while scrolling

It's a great app but annoys me that it doesn't keep my login details. I have to 're enter my email and password every time I use it even after ticking the "remember me" box.

Which is sad. I installed it because a cafe had ads for it, but even they stopped using it, as no one seems to order with it.

It should really state this is useless to everyone who doesnt reside in Victoria

I've seen this around for a while and finally signed up - should have ages ago! It is very easy to get a quick coffee without small cash!

This is easy to use with or without setting location on. I would suggest that you port this app to windows and make all xperia and win-tablets users happy.

Works great. Needs to let your order coffee instantly instead of a 5 minute wait though, sometimes I'm already there.
