Cannot fill out DOB and cannot make a claim without filling in initial page. Have deleted and re-installed app (on HTC M9), same problem.

The old app was great. Trying to install it on new phone and cant as it wont allow me to add my DOB. Please fix ASAP

I used the app on my old phone easily but with this one I can't enter my date of birth like so many others.

Used to be good but now I cannot enter my DOB with this update. Please fix, oh and yes, as below, add photo previews.

Couldn't submit my claim so I uninstalled and downloaded again. Now I have the same problem as other reviewers - can't add date of birth. Please fix this so I can submit my claim! Btw I have used this previously and it was great.

Last app worked like a dream. Please fix it Health Partners. Very frustrating...

The only reason i installed this app was to do claims if i cant fill in DOB cant claim.

doesn't work. can't enter date of birth. Was supposed to be fixed. It is not.

Doesnt let you put birth date in and wont move on with claim without it. Cant use it on my Samsung S5 but can in hubbys Iphone 6

Was working on an android nexus 7 tablet. Then completely frozen out. Uninstalled then reinstalled. Only to discover the date of birth field is inoperable :-(

Wasn't able to enter my date of birth rendering the app useless. Could fill in every other section except that.

the new updates have made it impossible to make a claim. You can't enter your DOB and proceed to the claim stage. Most frustrating and unhelpful app. What are my ever increasing fees going towards?

Pain to have to scroll down to find DOB but moves quickly. Would also be good to be able to look up past claims and account details. But not bad.

Wont function. Cant enter date of birth. Non responsive buttons on screen.

Love this app but can't use it as won't accept DOB details for member claiming. Photo previews would be helpful too

Your IT department needs an upgrade. This new app is useless. Unable to enter a date of birth to complete claim.

I too could not use it as it wouldnt allow me to put my D.O.B in. It is a good app when it works! Please fix a.s.a.p!

Would be great if you could review your photo and zoom in to ensure it's clear and legible before uploading. Otherwise very convenient.
