Add additional cards, activate and block cards
Plus, you can view your account Ts & Cs, manage your account settings and submit a missing payment or transaction dispute form right within the app.
You don’t need to be registered for Cashplus Online Servicing to use the App. Simply download the App and then follow the simple instructions to register. But if you are already registered, your details will be the same for both the App and Online Servicing.

Up until 20th Jan 2017 the app wasn't working after a January update changing design of the app. Today 21st Jan 2017 the app is allowing me to login again. It would be nice if cashplus at least say they fixed an issue preventing people from logging in! The caused so many negative reviews. Cashplus communicate man! Due to no communication from cashplus issuing just 3 stars. Anyway I can login again. I can check my balance, statements and have ability to block card again (if needed)

This is a fraud scam Mastercard. They take £6 every month, £2 cash withdrawal from ATM, £3 for money transfer and if you have £1000 in ur account they charge u £12 for it. When I told my bf about it he said, he'll not activate his card. What rubbish card is this or am I the only one who they put this hidden charges on. I'll NEVER EVER recommend this card for anyone.

Since the update it simply won't allow me to log in! I've cleared cache, data, even reinstalled, but after entering login details it stubbornly sits with a spinning icon. The app has been useful in the past for keeping an eye on my balance but it's not really a dedicated app, it's really no more than a website skin. It needs redesigning from the ground up to be of real use. I'll consider revising my review if the app ever gets fixed and becomes useable!

After update in Jan 2017, couldn't log in via app, (had previously been able to on previous version) circle just kept turning after login details entered. Cleared cache, and data to no avail. Logged in on phone through browser, went back to app and hey presto app now working with full functionality, much improved over previous version. However, no longer remembers username.

Oh my! You should really test your apps before you release them. It's horrible, can't create an account, keeps on receiving errors when submitting. I would do some serious UAT before you put it back on the market. Doesn't fill me with confidence considering you will be handling sensitive data. I hope you perform more rigorous testing with that!
