We've been around the block testing loads of different systems to run our marketing intelligence business and finally found Accelo. It does everything we need; sales, project, tickets, retainers, time tracking. Seriously I could go on. The team love which is a no mean feat. Now everyone knows what's going on. To coin the phrase "single source of true". Can't recommend it highly enough.

Says it cannot connect. Same issue with the desktop timers.

Only issue: cant create tasks. This company has come a long way...I have tested the solution multiple times through the free 'test drive' option. Next week your new revamped web app will launch, which looks solid, and I believe our company will become a paying customer. Great work!

Accelo should definitely improve it. Web client is excellent, however mobile app provides very poor user experience.

Have had a hard time logging without using the pin code. A little slow at times and currently can't edit contact info

The development pace is outstanding. Love the direction and constant improvements.

If it had the ability to add Issues it would be even better.

Keep adding more features.

Looks great but needs ability to create tasks!

There have been great improvements to this app over the course of this year. It's now much more functional than some of the earlier versions (and the comments about them). Looking forward to its continued development.

Having quick access to the activity stream while out of the office is great to keep tabs on things.

Nothig work. A lot of issue with network and updating data through network. Issues with AngularJS library.

I'm just evaluating AffinityLive and this app looks better then many in the PSA service category but its very slow and has almost no real functionality. The whole point of this is to try and make our business run more efficiently. If field techs need to sit down and log into a website from a desktop browser that's not very helpful.

You can't do anything with it. Look at a ticket - great...assign it to someone.. Good luck. . Expense you say? Put it on your calendar and enter it at the office. Worthless.

Pretty much view only, can't progress, create or update much of anything

Love AL but the app is only good for viewing tasks right now. Can't update anything other than existing tasks. No integrated notifications on Android.
