About Travel WODs: Travel Workouts

The first CrossFit Travel WODs application! A Travel WOD for any day on the road - all in your pocket.

This application includes over 120 Travel WODs (WOD - Workout of the Day) workouts for you to use while you're on the road traveling, on a business trip or even at home if you missed your CrossFit class. No equipment is needed. All workouts assume that you are in a location without access to CrossFit equipment. Use your body weight and various exercises to keep in optimal CrossFit condition while traveling. All workouts can be done in a hotel room, bedroom or small workout area (only exceptions are those that include running). Workouts can be done inside or outside. Exercises include basic body weight movements that include squats, push-ups, planks and we even have a few tabata's in there for you!

Filter on workouts that include running, timed, hidden or all. Use the built in white board to track your WOD's for travel or at your own box. Add new workouts via the Whiteboard by selecting the Add this as a travel W.O.D. checkbox.

Time yourself with the built in stopwatch or tabata timer. Set and save your workout times. View the built in graph (after workout times have been saved) to view your historical progress of a particular exercise.

Share your WOD or whiteboard entry with Facebook, Twitter or whatever social media application you have installed.

Do you live in an area that is covered in snow and you cant run? No problem, simply filter the workouts to exclude running and you'll have a list of workouts you can use inside.

Tired of seeing a particular workout in the list? Long press the item to hide it. Want to see all the items you've hidden? Use the settings to enable the viewing of hidden items.

When you complete a workout you can mark it as complete and then move onto the next one. Pick and choose your workout for what suits you today. Need to do a quick one? No problem, choose a workout that has a simple goal, such as 200 air squats for time. Simple and fast.

This application is not meant to replace your regular CrossFit regime, but instead use it to help keep you on track while you're traveling or away from your facility as well as keep track of your workouts.

Enjoy!

The app would be great if it functioned properly. After completing a WOD the app doesn't save your time and asks you to manually submit. After manually submission it still does not show a saved workout, nor does it give you credit for a completed workout.

Move 2 SD card please, and its a easy five star

Just provides a list of tons of exercises. Doesn't do a pre-configured workout of the day like other crossfit apps / websites.

This app is great 4 travel. Although warned, wasn't so thrilled that the new update erased old progress. Would b nice if app allowed u to enter time.

Its great having all the workouts available when I can't make it to the gym that I can do at home. Love the graphs, very helpful.

Best crossfit app out there. Perfect for any traveler with lots or limited time. Will recommend to all my friends.

Love this app!!!!

Why should I have to write out a work out when im lookin at all the details? Sucks

T70%
by T####:

When I click "set as workout time" I would expect the app to have all the fields filled in for me, including the time, and be able to edit if needed Why do I have to fill the whole workout in when it was all there when I selected it?? The whiteboard is good but once again I can't select the workout I did from a list, the whole point of an app is keeping it simple. I do not want to retype every workout I do. Give us the option to create our own or grab one from the list. Thanks.

I created my own WODs, but they were easily erased. This app would have been better if you could save your own WODs on SD card. That;s a major disappointment. Please fix this. I would have given it at least 4 stars if not for that. And being able to count the rounds for AMRAP and tabata timer would be great too.

This app is not good for anyone unfamiliar with CrossFit workouts. There's no description, illustration or video of the exercises, meaning you have to Google terms like plebs plank, pressing snatch balance, or tabata squats to figure out how to complete the workouts. (Imagine a yoga app that didn't show you how to do the poses.) I didn't realize this until after I had purchased the app. I emailed the developer about this but received no response. I really wish there was a way to get a refund.

Great app with one minor flaw... NO TABATA TIMER! Seems like a bit of an oversight for those WODs that require them. Love the whiteboard though!

Great app to use when traveling. Good for hotel room and treadmill. Needs more advanced features(click on exercise to video link). Great beginning for this app, keep updating!!!

T70%

Just what I want: a possibly shuffled WOD I can do on the road with timer and whiteboard.

T70%
by T####:

I spend more time trying to find descriptions of how to do some exercises then I do working out. Unfortunately, I didn't come with a crossfit dictionary installed.

T70%
by T####:

I use it all the time to pull up a quick WOD on the go or when I don't have equipment. Simple and fast CrossFit bodyweight program.

T70%
by T####:

Perfect for early am workouts when the gym isn't available

T70%
by T####:

It's pretty lame that I have to use YouTube video to learn what a tabata pushup is. I can understand an "Lite" version not having descriptions but for a paid version, especially for someone using it on a cell phone - there should be some way to view a demonstration of a workout on this app. I Do NOT recommend this app.

near perfect! Would LOVE it if I could go back into each completed WOD to see my comments and times. Please allow user to manually enter times too:)

Two issues: first, the version my friend has on his iPhone actually tells you what the warmup is. the version on my Droid X doesn't. That could be due to the other problem: this app is too tied to the Internet. I'm out in Afghanistan where I have very limited connectivity. That's why I *bought* this app, cause I'm not on the web all the time! Well, when I want to save my workout, it freaks out cause it can't get to some website. It'd be an AWESOME app if it was truly for travel!

T70%

Mediocre paid app. Accidentally marked a workout complete... no undo option. Completion dates aren't assigned when workouts are finished. Poor UI.

I'm a PFT, this is a great tool to use. Switch it up for your clients desired abilitys & likes. Their hating me rite now...

Great exercises just needs some good warmup and cool down stretches.

T70%

If you want to view the warm up just tap the work out of your choice then hit the menu key on your droid.

Can't change done status. Buggy. No updates.

These workouts aren't very good, doesn't give description, no way to pick upper body, or lower body, seriously hand stand pushups??
