The whole Airmiles experience from website to app is completely useless. Just about the only piece of information that is available is the balance, no statement available on the app. But if you thought the app was bad, wait till you see the appalling "new" website which is a triumph of form over substance. Missing and wrong information about your account is par for the course and don't think that customer service is any better - requests for management to return calls were ignored for more than 6 months

The app decided to stop working last month. No added miles for over two months, problems logging in, can't reset the password from the app etc etc. Online chat useless saying it will update at the end of the month. It hasn't worked like that in years so why now? Useless.

I cannot register. It always gives me an error.also you have to scroll until you reach the birth year... in addition, why do you asks about my religion. It is very strange.

Why am I never able to register myself on this app? There is always some sort of error, be it trying to register via Facebook or email. I've had nothing but a bad experience every time I try to use this app.

This is Bogus app and scheme. It will show airmiles in ur bank account but zero on this app. They even don't resolve complaints. I think they collected all airmiles and flyaway!

Doesn't let you login or register via any method on the app. Just starts to load then does nothing over and over again.

The app only let's me earn points. If I try to redeem points at any of the partners it says transaction failed. No reason or response given. Useless

My debit card let's me earn airmiles for the purchases I make. I don't find any options in this app to connect my card or to check or to redeem points.

Please add a way to copy your airmiles number to memory so it's easier to paste when using other apps and websites.

Claims you can redeem miles using app but no such functionality. Seems most 5 star ratings are done by staff or developers. UPDATE 14/9/2016. Developer's reply to my comment is 100% incorrect for the app. Spend section is available on full website. in the app is called redeem and it has no flight redemption capabilities. Uh!

You will let them wait for a month and still did not fix the problem. And then will let you do the same again.

Easy

Use the web site for a wider variety of redemption offers. There's not very much to redeem via the app, which makes it a waste of space on my phone. Also, no way to redeem air tickets.

Can't log in. Says card already registered, where as this is the first time downloading the app. Not useful at all. Uninstalled.

Can you fix the regex validation on password? I complied with the requirements but it just refused to be accepted.
