AIR MILES® Reward Program

I like how I have to go to the website to change how my miles are distributed between cash and dream but the whole time I'm on the website there's an ad telling me to use the app. I also couldn't get the slider to work in Chrome for Android so I guess I'll have to do it from my computer at home. Surprisingly cumbersome with a company this size in a digital mobile world.

Cannot load. The card is on the screen with invite to scan at checkout. Stuck there. No way to exit. Pls fix.

Why do you put the points there...but dont update the the totals when you do. Your appbis inconsistant. Very annoying. Get it right people. Seems like such an easy fix.

Overall, the app is technically okay, but it's essentially just a way for Air Miles to further commoditize you as a consumer. Its usefulness is severely constrained by not being accepted universally for AIR MILES cash redemptions. This means you still need to carry the physical card ... leaving one to wonder, why do I have this app eating resources on my phone and tracking my movements? App is now deleted.

the air miles reward is one of the worst loyalty programs in Canada - when I first activated my account, I was given the option of choosing between Cash miles and Dream miles. Air miles program tricks you into choosing dream miles, that way they don't have to pay out until a cut off for dream miles is achieved which is a big number and most people don't usually do. So, I was very careful not to choose dream miles - however, the program still defaulted me to Dream Miles automatically. Now they don't allow you to transfer point between these two options, and unless these points are in Cash miles, you cannot redeem for anything useful Air Miles program needs to be investigated by Consumer Bureau for unethical business practices. if there was no stars option, I would choose that. Consumers, just stay away from this program and any vendors who participate in this program

Cant find any dream rewards via the app. Only cash rewards. Makes the app utterly useless for me.

Was hoping this app was more interactive beyond signing up for local airmiles special offerings. It would be great if one could access travel and/or shopping components of the airmiles platform. The current abilities are not worth the download IMO.

What's the point if I still need my damn card to redeem and not just the app.

Just a plain old app. U can use it to scan ur card....but why when I can have all my cards in 1 app.? I downloaded the app for the REWARDS...Yet it takes me to a build in browser I do not use on my phone. Nope not for me! Just save the space on ur phone & use the website.

The is no support online and no support on phone system. Phone kept repeating same message over and over. If help is this useless I might as well not be a member

Logging into the app it says my collector account is closed, and to go to the website to fix the problem. Website says my account is fine. Cant use the app - have to go to the website every time.

AirMiles is going backwards with their app--it used to have a lot of bugs but still had features you'd expect, like changing your miles settings and redemption pages. Now it just lets you unlock your cash and scan your card from the app. At least let us VIEW the items you can redeem so we can see if we have enough. If the app power can't support actual redeeming then we can go to the website and do it there after finding it in the app. I'd be more likely to go out of my way to use AirMiles if I could track how close I am to getting an item i'd enjoy. I use checkout 51 and other cash redemption apps now and have much more success.

I have to activate my offers through my emails because none are showing up in the app. Pretty useless unless you like having your card on your phone.

I cant get anyone on the phone to get assistance. It keeps telling me; I cant hear you. I pushed every # that is mentioned. It keeps saying "Can you repeat that; I didnt hear you". I phone 3 times same thing ..no results. In the last 5 yrs or so; Air Miles has been making changes that suck. I want my Dream Miles. I will not be travelling long distance anymore. Im a senior. Wont be travelling long distance. I want my Dream Miles to buy things I need now. Other cards work that way. I could use my Dream Miles for food & clothing . Like go & purchase at stores on your referred list. Its very frustrating to get through or actually not getting through to speak to a specialist; as it is quoted by Air Miles. What a bunch of poppy cock. I want my points. I need them now. I earned them. They are mine. This is the worst Card for points. I have another one from. Another company and its magnificent. All I want is my Dream Miles and not by travelling. I cant travel now. So come on Air Miles answer your phones. If you have a high volume of calls; hire more people. We cant even leave a message. This totally sucks. I earned those miles so let me use them. Put them into my cash or air miles. Its so confusing. I just want my Dream Miles. I will not use your card any more. Its crapola the way its set up. Give me my miles & Im finished with you. Im going to carry my complaint further if your phone system of answering doesnt change.. you do not answer. And I want my points I earned.

It deserves zero stars. I can't sign in with my card on the app but I can sign on the website. This app was supposed to replace my card and to not have to go online...great job airmiles ????

I completed my account online then downloaded this app, when I put in my card number and pin it says that my account enrolment is incomplete. It redirects me back to the online page to "finish" but when it loads I only have the option start a new account, when I tried that it said the card number had already been activated

Seems as though they need to do an update. Just loaded and cannot connect. I can view my history but nothing else. Not even a balance. Kind of a pointless app at the moment.

Annoyed that every time it updates I have to find my card and re-enter my number. The point to the app is to get rid of the card??
