Great, easy to use app that makes dining out a breeze. Cuts down on wait time and lets you pay everything, including tip, in advance. I've never had any problems using it.

It works like magic, and once you take care of things on your side, you are all set. Also, new customers get free $$ when they use the code HOZO57.

I used this app for the first time today. It was so nice to not have to wait around for the check. The server knew my name and what I ordered. The process was seamless. I read the reviews of this app before I used it, so I was looking for problems, but in my case, they seemed to have fixed a lot of them. Good job guys! :D

Allset is All Bad. Did not get the SF sales tax right. San Francisco sales tax is 8.5% not 8.8%. This app overcharges on both tax and tip. Tip is not charged on the subtotal, but on the total including sales tax and SF mandate charges. So a so-called 15% tip in the app could actually be a 20% tip when calculating on a total including SF sales tax and mandate charges. Also no way to set tip to lower than 15% when a SF Mandate charge is also included. This is wrong. We need to be able to tip after the service, prepaying the tip encourages shoddy service. You should give users an option to specify tips as a numerical value, not a percentage, as Lyft does. Poor implementation of a product. Ghastly user interface to browse and search for restaurants. A pain-in-the-ass way to discover good restaurants to try.

This app is a lifesaver! I used to wolf down my fast food hella fast because of time constraints. But, Allset is there to make sure I can finally enjoy my food without any heartburn. I don't need my omezperale or Tums anymore when I can eat without rushing back to my work. I'm pretty "Allset" when it comes to a foodie app.

Terrible selection in Seattle. All of the restaurants are notorious terrible and desperate. Hit me up when you get a serious client and implement ratings and reviews. Otherwise you're doing your customers a massive injustice by referring people to bad restaurants.

Please expand the Seattle area to include Eastside.

Great app offers tons of promo code

My $35 promo turned into 3 $10 promos without warning. Edit: I did not receive any emails from Allset between 10/13/2016 and 5/29/2017. Also, how does reducing both the usability and the amount of a promo make any sense? If you're going to reduce one, balance it out by increasing the other.

Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! After you order, you can get stuff done instead of waiting at the table (or waiting area). When you show up - your meal arrives very quickly. Tip is included in the preorder (18%) - but you can add more items to your order after you arrive (of course) and then also add a tip to the in-house receipt. {FYI - your preorder receipt is not reprinted at the restaurant (perhaps that can be requested). And previous orders appear under the clock/time icon on the app, not the account/person icon.} Overall, no issues - smooth execution. Great app and system. Try it!

Haha oh wow and I wonder how much your changing restaurants to use your platform? Be ready guys cause we're coming after you. All set your not solving a problem, but our company will actually be a restaurants savior

I really enjoyed how easy it was to use. Then to get to the restaurant, not wait...but have the food ready and waiting for me to sit down and eat was great. You have take out, but this is a delightful way to get out and have a great hot meal at a great restaurant on short time!

It removes all the annoying parts of eating out, so you're left with the good bits.

Makes it easy to schedule eating out and about. Looking forward to more restaurants joining.

The app experience was GREAT overall, especially the feature that saves your pending order when you exit the app! More restaurant options, and addition of time details visible before clicking into a restaurant would be much appreciated. Or a time filter. Great work, I'm delighted!

Please indicate if each item in restaurant menu is Veg, Non Veg or Vegan. Since we order before reaching the restaurant and can't check with the staff, this is a must have each in the App.

Please also add type of meat used in each food items. Rest experience is awesome. Good job.

The mobile app on my Android LG4 fails to submit the order. With help from customer service, Chelsea had me submit successfully through the website as a workaround. Giving 5 stars because I got a phone call - yes, a phone call - in response to my support email.

Most apps that let you pre-order your food are only for pickup, and sometimes you want to dine OUTSIDE the office but don't have the time. Thanks to this app I was able to venture outside of my regular lunch spots at a nice sit-down restaurant with enough time to enjoy my food and not have to worry about rushing back to the office. I will definitely be telling everyone about this app and hope that more restaurants get added.

Enables office workers to dine where they might not otherwise have time to dine. Plus takes care of reservations, ordering, and split checks without the hassle of waiting. Expect to see allset more in the near future.

Great and easy app to use.

For a first time user i can say it is pretty easy to navigate this app. What I like about the app is, it cuts off all the waiting in line to get a table for you. You simply order and choose a time and table, so you know exactly what time your food will be ready. Also I like that is has their menus on this app so you have a variety to choose from. If you are not familiar with the restaurant it even gives you driving directions which is a big plus. I just would wish it had more variety of restaurants to choose from throughout the city.

I cannot find a single bad thing wrong with this app. I was very skeptical about using it at first but I figured what the heck. Man am I glad I did. I worried that I'd have to wait or they didn't get my order. Nope. I got there like 5 mins late and my table was ready as well as my food! Granted the bread was a little harder than I liked but that has nothing to do with the app or the restaurant(I mean I was late anyway). Anyhow, I will be keeping and using this app more whenever I go out bc I love the convenience of it

This app was really easy to use and have some cool restaurants that I never would have thought to check out if it wasn't for being partners with this app. Next time im in a rush and need my food ready when I arrive I will definitely use allset again.

I was very skeptical before using this app but it's actually great! I wish there is going to be even more restaurants on the list in the future.
