The Balanced cement plug app calculates the height of cement with the pipe in and the height the cement plug with the pipe out this ensures the the casing leak or perforations to be squeezed off have enough cement above the leak or perfs to avoid over displacing the cement plug
The app calculates the buffer fluid before and behind the cement plug
